I can only say that I am speechless. There was no written time on the booked hotel. It was automatically canceled before the time. The person was still going through customs and no one called to ask. The order was canceled directly. The person was still going through customs. However, they called to check and canceled all the itineraries that were not available. I'm really speechless that all the air tickets were wasted.

Quite basic and nothing special... The only advantage is the location very close to the Airport.... The worst part was when the service manager started arguing with me (guest) for not wanting to give me bottled water... Wow, how miserable it is, anywhere in the world they give you water to drink without so much drama!!!
