-Take every recent bad review with a grain of salt. Yes, they are renovating & some bars are closed BUT, we LOVED our stay & most notably, the staff.
-We were greeted at the door with champagne by friendly & professional staff. Check in was quick, informative & easy.
-The lobby smelled amazing btw.
Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable.
They provided robes, towels, water, tooth paste, tooth brushes, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, soap.. sodas, beer, coffee, tea etc.
-We will definitely return & can’t wait to see what is new after all the renovations are completed.
-1.The food was incredible.. every meal was delicious. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and room service.. there wasn’t a single item I didn’t enjoy. I am pescatarian & they catered to my diet at every meal (the staff made sure to ask every time if I had any food allergies/diet restrictions).
2. Room service & daily room maintenance..the menu for room service is easy to order from & lots of options to choose from. The house keeping was great - room was always replenished with a freshly made bed, towels, water & other refreshments.
3. The entire resort was very clean. Beautiful landscaping & the grounds were being maintained 24/7.
4. They had daily games at the pool & evening activities (shout out Luis - crazy games!)
5. The service & hospitality are the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff alone made our trip amazing - everyone was incredible & went above & beyond any chance they had.
