Hotel Cimbel

Amazing hotel, we stayed in a side sea view room, 2 adults and 1 child 14, the room was really big, very modern and clean, the whole hotel is immaculate, the staff we all very helpful, we stayed bed and breakfast and the quality of the breakfast was wonderful and there plenty of choice. The pool area was very nice with plenty of sunbeds, the pool was very cold but this was due to the time of year, the location of the hotel is great, right on Levante Beach and a short walk to the old town, the waiter in the bar area in the evening was very very helpful, delivered our drinks and gave our daughter small bowls of Haribos which was a nice touch. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will definitely return,

Fantastic stay at Hotel Cimbel. Very clean and comfortable. We had a sea view balcony room and it was lovely. Not the hotels fault, but we were on the13th floor and I have vertigo! A couple of people in our party had e mailed to ask for lower floors, something I need to remember to do next time. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice. I am gluten and dairy free and the hotel catered for me wonderfully with a selection of gluten and dairy free items given to me each day. The waitress at the door remembered me after the first day and automatically brought things to me. Very nice stay and extremely helpful staff.

Just returned after spending 10 days here. Location is fab, very clean hotel, there was a lot of choice for breakfast. Room was a little small but met our requirements. I would stay there again. Only downside was i had put in a request months and months before we arrived asking if I could have a room on a lower floor, I am quite claustrophobic and try to avoid lifts if i can. I was told they would consider our request, however on check in I was just told "No sorry we couldnt do that, so we were put of floor 12 (out of 13) and being as I am a pensioner and couldnt have possibly walked up 24 flights of stairs I had no choice other than to have endure the nightmare of the lift (and its not the biggest) many times a day. That however is my only negative

I have contacted the hotel a number of times but they do not reply. I am owed a deposit refund of 100 euros which I cannot get action on receiving. We checked out of the hotel early and the staff couldn't issue the refund and said it would be done automatically. We have not received this or any explanation or answer to my requests. This is very unprofessional of the hotel. Ref DI01731/24

Someone entered our room at 8am. I informed the reception, they informed me that isn’t possible! Well someone came in!! The food was lovely, beds were comfortable. Customer facing staff were appalling, hopefully anyone going will not need help or advice! Good luck if you do…

Beautiful hotel very clean and in an excellent location to enjoy all Benidorm has to offer. The buffet breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and items cooked to order ! Second time if stopping 3 of us in our 50's shared a room - 2 x queen beds and a sofa bed pulled out and made up ready for our arrival ! Very spacious room ! Can highly recommend!
