Royal Marbella Golf Resort

The staff were rude, ill-mannered, and resistant to foreigners. The reception staff didn't even try to help or answer any questions about the property, and the manager/person in charge was the rudest person I've seen in a long time. I wanted to do a late check-out and went down to reception to pay the extra fee, as the receptionist had instructed. When I got there, the manager was already there and immediately spoke rudely to me, saying I had to leave the department right away or she'd call the police. The receptionist entered the amount into the card reader so I could pay the extra fee and do a late check-out, but she snatched the card reader from his hands and told me it wasn't going to be done for me and that I had to move and leave immediately. She even followed me upstairs and said she was going to stay in the department until I left, all in a disrespectful and vulgar tone of voice, most likely because I'm not Spanish. I wanted to call the police, but they wouldn't let me. Even the security guard came up to the apartment and apologized on behalf of the manager for how unprofessional she had been with me. It was a very bad experience.

Title: Perfect for a Family Getaway. It was a wonderful stay. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. I traveled with my family—my mother, my sister, and my one-and-a-half-year-old daughter—and we stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. It was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the pools. The apartment was fully equipped, although a few more pots and pans for cooking would have been nice, as would thinner pillows (these were very thick). Everything was very clean and well-organized. The staff was super attentive and friendly, except for the woman who seemed to be in charge of reception, a woman with short, curly hair, who wasn't very friendly. Otherwise, it was great. The only downside is the parking: it's extra, and there's no parking available outside.
