Savassi Village

A poor quality hotel. The photos on the website do not match the photos of the hotel on the website, I paid for a deluxe suite and it was not deluxe at all, dirty, leaking in the bathroom, they gave me the 3rd floor, when I arrived it took a long time to check due to problems with the system, the cupboards and tables were painted black in poor quality, lack of sound insulation between floors (you could even hear the upstairs using the bathroom), terrible service at reception, and even in the restaurant service, sometimes the cook disappeared, taking a long time to deliver the food. Garbage, not even worth half the price. What was cheap was expensive

In December 2022 we stayed at Village Savassi for the second time. The hotel is good, very well located, close to everything. Satisfactory breakfast, has those basic items found in every hotel. Cleaning, kitchen and manager Carol staff were very friendly. However, we noticed that there is no maintenance there. The sink in our bathroom was blocked (apt 1004) and there was a leak from the tail of one of the taps that dripped straight down, filling the floor with water. The phone has poor contact, every time we need to use it we have to try other positions for it to reach the line. The door key kept getting stuck, getting stuck, until the day it wouldn't open anymore and we were left out. We found out from an employee that most of the room locks are like this. The employee responsible for the repairs managed to unclog the sink but did not fix the leak. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are very soft. HOWEVER, IT IS WITH RESPECT THAT WE DECIDED NEVER TO STAY THERE AGAIN, AS LONG AS KLEBER, A NIGHT WORKER AT THE RECEPTION, CONTINUES TO WORK THERE. DURING MY 65 YEARS OF AGE, HAVING ALREADY STAYED IN MORE THAN 60 HOTELS AND INNS ACROSS BRAZIL, I HAVE NEVER BEEN AS BADLY TREATED AS I WAS BY THIS CITIZEN. THIS IS A COMPLETELY UNBALANCED PERSON, WITHOUT ANY PREPARATION TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC, HIS RUDENESS EXCEEDS THAT OF A HORSE, ARROGANT, AGGRESSIVE, ILL EDUCATED AND DOESN'T RESPECT THE ELDERLY. MY DESIRE WAS TO CALL THE POLICE TO SEE IF THEY COULD STOP HIM WITH THE SEQUENCE OF SCREAMS AND BRUTALITY. EVEN THOUGH HE WAS WRONG, BECAUSE HE LEFT US OUTSIDE FOR SEVERAL MINUTES, IN THE RAIN, WITHOUT OPENING THE GARAGE, HE DISCONTROLLEDLY INSULTED ME TO THE POINT THAT I THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO HIT ME. HE HAD THE ACCENT TO TELL ME: "IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED, TAKE YOUR BAGS AND LEAVE", AMONG OTHER AGGRESSIONS. HE MUST SURELY SUFFER FROM SOME PSYCHIATRIC PATHOLOGY. IT IS NEVER USED TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC, BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH EDUCATION, WITH GUESTS, WHO ARE PAYING DEARLY FOR ACCOMMODATION. I'M STILL THINKING ABOUT TAKING ACTION AGAINST THE HOTEL, IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A RETREAT FOR THE MORAL HARASSMENT AND THE MISTREATMENT WE RECEIVED FROM THIS BRUTALITY. THERE IS A CAMERA AT THE RECEPTION THAT RECORDED THE ENTIRE AGGRESSION. WE LEFT THERE SHOCKED. DO NOT STAY THERE IF EMPLOYEE KLEBER IS STILL ON THE STAFF.

I stayed for 14 days. Positive Points: The location is excellent, but that’s where the positive points end. Negative Points: Most of the attendants are unprepared and have terrible service, unresponsive, disorganized staff, it seems like they are doing you a favor by serving you. The structure is very old and does not meet NBR electrical and fire standards, which is a danger. The room had a persistent bad smell, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom does not have a window, and when it does not have a window, it should have exhaust fans as per the standard, but it does not have either. Parking is extremely tight, there are few spaces and the most absurd thing of all is that you have to get out of the car, walk about 20 m to the hotel reception to ask them to open the garage for you, and there is a charge for all of this. For the daily price, this lack of structure and service is absurd. If you could, please don't stay at this hotel, there are better options in the region for similar prices.

O hotel está muito velho e o café já foi muito melhor! A localização é muito boa, mas as instalações estão bem ruins... uma pena!

Confesso que fiquei apreensivo de me hospedar aqui pelas avaliações, mas fiquei surpreso!! Achei o hotel bom sim, começando pela localização que é fabulosa e não vi problemas que foram mencionados aqui em nenhuma dependência e no quarto do hotel. Meu quarto estava super limpo, tudo funcionando normalmente, a tv tinha internet, que funcionava super bem, o wi fi era ótimo, o chuveiro era ótimo, as roupas de cama estavam super limpas e o ar condicionado gelando perfeitamente, eu fique no quarto 1203!! O café da manha era muito bom, tinha tudo que um café de manha de hotel deve ter, minha única ressalva é ser copo de plástico, merecia um copo de vidro pelo valor da diária, que não é baixa!! Eu sou bem justo nas minhas avalições, aqui nesse hotel eu achei que tudo estava nos conformes, talvez eles tenham melhorado o hotel como um todo nos últimos meses, de qualquer forma eu adorei o hotel e voltaria a me hospedar nele!!

Hotel legal, pelo custo cumpre o que promete. É limpo e o atendimento é muito bom. Faço questão de mencionar que o atendimento que tive dos funcionários foi o melhor possível, mas o café da manhã deixa a desejar um pouco (já comi melhores). O hotel é simples, mas cumpre o que promete.
