O quarto era péssimo, pois possuía uma cama com colchão horrível, provavelmente bem velho e o pior era o cheiro de urina.
O banheiro era horrível, pois como não havia box no chuveiro, a água chegava a sair do banheiro pois não havia escoamento.
Sou cliente honors hilton gold e mesmo assim não alteraram o meu quarto.

Devia ser um bom hotel quando inaugurado, mas atualmente está um lixo..
Fiquei com minha namorada e tive vergonha de ter escolhido esse Hilton.. de Hilton, só o nome.
Nem o café da manhã prestou, estava igual de padaria ruim.

O hotel em si é bom, o café da manhã é maravilhoso, mas não comportou a demanda do final de semana que encheu bh por conta de concurso. O secador não funcionava, as tomadas são 220 e não deram transformador para a gente, a cama em si não é muito grande e não tinham mais edredom extra. Pelo preço alto que paguei, sai insatisfeita.

Simplesmente paguei pela reserva e o hotel não encontrou minha reserva via Trip.com
O hotel mesmo com ocupação completa, conseguiu me encaixar num quarto, porém tive que fazer novamente o pagamento no local. Não consigo falar com ninguém por telefone da Trip.com
Portanto, não recomendo!
