Clos Masure

Despite the relaxing rural setting and well kept gardens, our stay was disappointing, due to: 1. The nonchalance, even touch of arrogance, of the 2 hotel-keepers in their sloppy reception of new guests. No professional customer service. 2. The less than impressive room-quality. All pretty rough standards, below par for the rating they claim. The Garden View Studio is an uncomfortable dark tunnel, with no windows except for the glass-panelled entrance door. In net, the experience was disappointing relative to the standards one might expect based on their advertised commitments. Insufficient value for money.

I think these two supervisors are very arrogant！ Don’t say hello to guests at breakfast, and pretend not to see guests in the swimming pool， maybe beacuse they can't speak English?! So you should't put it on your website... My son is 3 years old, but he have to pay full price for the breakfast. I didn't feel the enthusiasm of the hotel，although the environment there is very good, but I don’t think I will go there again and would not recommend it!
