Hilton Bellevue

I like the location as it is a bit away from the mall.  We did ask for a king size bed and I don't believe we got one.  Also asked to be away from the elevators... we were right across from the elevators but we couldn't hear them.  I must say the food was excellent and we did appreciate that.

The cooling system in the room does not work well and the bed is too old to have good support.

I was impressed by how convenient it was to communicate with the staff through messages without having to make a phone call 😘 After I messaged about the safe being broken, someone came to fix it within five minutes. I was truly impressed by the quick response 👏🏼🥰 Other than the elevators being slow and crowded at times, we had a very comfortable stay 🩵

The hotel service was good, the staff is also very nice, but the facilities are a bit old.

The bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries provided. Soundproofing was excellent, allowing for focused work and quiet evenings.
