InterContinental Hotels SEATTLE BELLEVUE by IHG

The hotel is in good condition but there is no great view from the window. The room had a strange configuration. It was really clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, you need to be really careful as we were charged twice for the same thing, and instead of hearing apologies, we heard 'oh you're lucky you have proof you've paid lol'. This kind of thing may happen in 1*/2*. Not in InterContinental.

I really enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Bellevue. Since it’s a newer hotel, everything feels modern and fresh. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were super nice—they even gave me bottled water right away when I asked, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a very luxurious feel. Even though the hair dryer wasn’t Dyson, the one provided in the room was just as powerful and worked really well, which was a nice surprise. The location couldn’t be better if you’re staying in Bellevue; everything is central and convenient, and it’s an easy trip into Seattle too. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. My only small complaint is that there isn’t a pool, which feels like it should be standard at a 5-star hotel, especially considering there’s also a nightly amenity fee. Overall though, a great experience and a place I’d happily recommend.
