To be honest, the facade and lobby are better, the room is very general, there is a pile of no nutritious things on the room table, the price is not cheap, more than 200 euros, the room water is not, there are two small bottles of water at the bedside before bed, almost a few mouths are gone. It is that you don't have a bottle of water when you check in, and you can only get water when you sleep. The room toiletries are Hermès. Many people have seen it and are attracted. The room looks out and there is nothing. The front desk calls without any use. Then the sauna is closed and none is opened. The waiter in the sauna can't speak English, and he said that it was turned off for a long time. The whole stay is really not good! ! !

The hotel is very good. The room is super big. The sleeping and living room are separated. It's perfect. But the price is a bit high. The receptionist at the hotel is also very good. The breakfast is also very good. For me, there are not many options. It's a few hundred meters away from the fortress and the pedestrian street is very convenient. Overall it's good

I book the hotel from Ctrip, so there is no need to use a mastercard or a visa card, I think it is really convenient.
The hotel is right near the train station and since the city of Belgrade is not really large, the location is just perfect. The major tourist attractions are within half an hour of walking, I suppose.
The room is tidy and cosy and the staff are really nice, ready to answer any questions you might have. The food is really nice. Breakfast is included in the price and if not, you can pay 6 euros extra - it is really worth it. Near the hotel there is a Shop-and-Go convenience store that sells the drinks and food at very reasonable price - I guess 1L of milk costs less then one euro, which is quite unimaginable in China.
there is also free tv channels, including a 24-hour pornstar channel. The guys have big dicks and the girls are just skillfully adept at making the men pleased. I prefer two or more men making love together though, not particularly into girls. Hope I can have good luck the next time seeing men with large dicks pleasing each other.
so much to say about it, hope there is another chance to visit Belgrade, a really nice city.

The hotel's upsides were the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast. I stayed there for three nights. It was a small but clean hotel.
I was given a room on the top floor, the 7th floor. The elevator did not go up to that floor, so I had to walk up one floor. The friendly staff there helped me take my luggage to my room.
My only complaint was the ever-lingering smell of the pipe in my room. Part of the ceiling was wet for an area of 6 square inches, possibly because the air conditioner system or something like that was dripping from the structure onto the ceiling panels, causing the smell. If they could fix it, I would recommend the hotel.

GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a prime location and has a unique room design. The photos shown in the hotel are far from being as good as the actual scene. If you are a literary youth, you will definitely like it. The room is very clean, the staff has a strong sense of service, and the hotel has its own parking space, so even if we are in the downtown area, it is very convenient for the driver to pick us up. The staff also took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. The breakfast is simple and there are fewer fruits, but it can meet the needs. The only thing is that since the hotel is on the side of the road, it rained heavily on the second night we stayed, and we could hear the sound of cars passing by in the dead of night. In short, Public House Hotel is definitely a treasure hotel with super cost-effectiveness.

The breakfast is very rich. After staying for two days, the variety will be changed.
Dinner is 12 euros per person, buffet, and the price-performance ratio is also very high, but there are no drinks. You can also order food at the coffee bar next to it, and the taste is very good.
The room on the fourth floor has no air conditioning. It was very hot in the first half of the night, and I didn't dare to open the window. The balcony door is very cool when it is opened, but I dare not open it at night.
The ceiling windows on the fourth floor are not blocked, and it is very bright early in the morning.

GGuest UserExcellent location, in the center of the old city. 10 minutes from the main street, 25 minutes from the fortress, and relatively close to the church. I specifically chose a larger premium room. The 2 premium rooms were on the 1st and 7th floors. The room types are different. I looked at them and felt that the premium rooms all faced the street. On the second day, a gentleman at the front desk spoke very good English and gave a detailed introduction to the various attractions. He also agreed to a late check-out. Parking must be parked in the underground parking lot of the park opposite, where there is a machine for payment. Although there are many parking spaces on the ground, there is no payment machine. You need to go to the post office to buy a parking ticket, which is very troublesome. The breakfast is average and also belongs to the standard of Accor.

There is a bath + steam room, which needs to be booked in advance. It is very relaxing and recommended.
For tourists who like river views, this place is still good. The windows of the rooms on the first floor have screens. I open the windows during the day. It is very bright and I have never encountered mosquitoes.
The breakfast is European style. The chicken nuggets are fresh and juicy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Good reviews. Coffee is provided.
Let's talk about the disadvantages: 1. Don't cook dinner, you have to go out to eat. There is a shopping mall 1.3 kilometers to the southeast, and there are shopping malls/Little Chili Peppers/Long Dingsheng/Hot Pot, etc. about 1.5-1.8 kilometers to the southwest. In short, you have to walk.
2. The bathroom is very lacking a small table for temporary placement of shampoo/shower gel/soap when taking a bath, otherwise you have to go in and out to get it back and forth.
3. The sound insulation is not very good, and the footsteps upstairs are very heavy.

GGuest UserThe warm and friendly attitude of dear receptionist Peca, who hosted me in a very sincere manner, explaining in detail the places to visit and the restaurants to eat at, really impressed me, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is excellent, and I think this is the most important aspect when you're in Belgrade. The time spent in the room is very limited, but of course, the amenities provided by the room are quite good. There is a double-glazing system, so the city noise doesn't come inside. The ceiling is very high, and the room design is very modern. The bathtub in the room enhances the overall appearance, and there is also an additional bathroom. I was very satisfied, and I know where I’ll be staying when I come to Belgrade again. What kind of view awaits you when you step out of the hotel? I've attached a photo (02.09.2024)

It is far from the Belgrade bus terminal, but it is not painful to use the bus No. 31 running nearby (it is hard to hit the morning and evening crowds). Conveniently located near the hotel with a large shopping mall. There is a mini refrigerator. There is a surveillance camera at the entrance and elevator, and there is security.
Disappointing aspect. Wi-Fi is available but unstable. Breakfast gets tired of staying consecutive nights. The breakfast room on the 18th floor has a good view but the glass is dirty and not clear. Overall, the deterioration is conspicuous.

It’s so beautiful, the staff is very friendly and warm, they will assist you with anything you need and welcome you with great enthusiasm! The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely furniture that follows the spirit of the place. Location is amazing, just 20 minutes away from the city center.
