Great overnight stay in Hilton Belfast - gorgeous and super clean hotel and staff were all incredibly helpful and approachable, nothing was too much for them. Good location, and taxi drop off at the front was handy. Stayed in a river view room and the view over Belfast was lovely.

Food was decent, the location is nice and there is a train station nearby.
Room service timing is a bit strange, as cleaning is done from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On two occasions, they came to clean right around 5 p.m.
There is also an option to order food to the room. Staff is friendly and helpful and gave us some advice on places to visit.

The only good thing was the location. It was in close proximity to the train station and central Belfast. The cleanliness of the breakfast service and rooms were poor (see pictures). There was lots of hair and eyelashes in the sheets and I eventually put towels on the bed in order to sleep. Might be the dirtiest bed I've seen in a hotel. The hotel is pretty new on the inside so the toilets are great.
The male receptionist checking me in was kind, friendly and very helpful; but what left a bad taste was the rude female receptionist doing checkout for me. She raised her voice in a rude tone when I didn't catch what she said. I'm not booking Hilton hotels again and will stick to my regular Accor and IHG hotels. For this price point and as a member, I should not have to tolerate someone raising her voice at me.

The overall trip was enjoyable.Two things. We were a little late up for breakfast on the two mornings as we were on vacation, but on both mornings the selection of food was not replenished. We had to look for table settings. The one thing that really annoyed me was the bar in the evening was always cold, blowing in cold air through the AC.

My wife and i stayed for two nights. The hotel is beautiful. It is in perfect location to city centre, train station,restaurants and bars. We had gorgeous breakfast each morning. Lots of choice.
Highly recommend the hilton hotel.

I felt kinda disappointed. Had a couple of issues with my room while I was there. The clogged drain was fixed fine. But they never did anything about the broken air conditioner unit. Very uncomfortable to sleep when the room was so hot. Even the guest service operator sounded doubtful that the maintenance team would get to it.
Breakfast was decent. The offerings were the same everyday. Good option if your room rate covers that.
For location it's also not as good as I hoped. This hotel seems on the map to be close to the Belfast ICC. However, its main entrance is on the complete opposite side of the building. You essentially walk entirely around the outside before reaching the ICC doors. If I return to Belfast I'll stay somewhere else.

Very bad experience! Booked one more night to stay on Trip app and showed the lobby staff that we would stay one more night. The staff said there was nothing to pay at the hotel. But at the end, another staff called and asked us very rudely to pay the extra fee and deposit otherwise we have to move out immediately.

Located near to the city centre.
Room was nice and spacious. It was clean in general but the kettle was rusty🤢, realised it after making coffee.

Excellent hotel walkable to most city sights. The standard king room was spotless and spacious. The room was well equipped and had tea, coffee and a fridge.
Breakfast was excellent, though did have to queue for 15 minutes on Sunday morning.
Nearby is an indoor market which was great as was Simply Fish across the road from the hotel.
All staff lovely. Would definitely stay here again if in Belfast.
