Great

Staff were great and so was the service they provided 🤓 overall we had a decent stay but the hotel clearly needs a revamp. WiFi signal can be a struggle depending on the floor you’re on. I’d recommend it as the location is unbeatable, service (like I said) is great and overall I had a good stay.

Friendly welcome, excellent breakfast, and a great location. The gym needs updating.

This hotel Facilities: too old, sanitation is not very good, the only good thing is that it is very close to the city center.

Great location, good service and spectacular breakfast. The rooms are old and leave something to be desired, but they were fine for my needs.

This is my first time staying in this hotel. The facilities are pretty good. I stayed there for one night and was quite satisfied.

I loved the hotel, good location, what I didn't think was cool was that when I called to make the reservation they said they only had a double room with a single bed. Well, when checking in it was the same answer. When we went to the hotel room, the door lock didn't even open and we were allocated another room, the last one having a double bed. How come it had a double bed and it never appeared in the reservation. Everything else was great, breakfast tomorrow with a lot of variety, everything worked perfectly.

Fiquei hospedada uma semana nas férias de janeiro. A piscina ficou fechada por três dias para manutenção. Segundo um funcionário, o motivo foi um acidente com um hóspede, e seria reaberta no dia seguinte pela manhã. Não tinha nenhum aviso prévio, e os funcionários do atendimento desinformados e até debochados quando questionados. Espero não retornar!!

Hotel Maravilhoso! Arquitetura clássica com um tom de antigo. Restaurante sofisticado e boa comida.
