Lovely family holiday with the family! I had an amazing time when I came here in September 2023. The food was great and we were upgraded to the pool rooms as my mother had stayed at the hotel before. Special thanks to Mehmet Bulut the barman who was very accommodating and always provided service with a smile. The only thing I would say is I think the additional restaurants should be included as other hotels I’ve stayed in within Turkey you did not have to pay extra for. When I have stayed in Lara beach before there were more activities around the pool during the day, where as this was a more quiet atmosphere. There was also issues with the door key, which resulted in having to go back to reception near enough every day for new keys. Turns out there was an issue with our door!

Good value for money golf break. We have stayed at Cornelia Diamond on and off for 13 years and in the last year stayed at three other 5* all inclusive golf hotels in Belek so have something to compare against. The hotel design with dark colours internally (dark wood and a deep red colour palate) and the main restaurant not having any outside seating isn’t to my taste. Regnum and Cullinan, which are newer hotels, and considerably more expensive, have much lighter decor and more alternative options for outside seating. Management have defined winter and summer seasons and wont lower the a/c until a particular date, irrespective of how hot it gets outside. It was 30C on one day but the a/c could not be put on lower than 23.5C. Whilst it did make the room cooler it was very hard to regulate a consistent temperature especially during the nighttime so it was either cool or too hot. A 1st world problem and just about acceptable but not what I’d expect from a hotel that is 5*. Management has improved some things with a cake and coffee area on the ground floor and now a 24 hour serviced restaurant with a limited menu. They have also made the golf club restaurant all inclusive (if you play golf there) and that has turned it into a to an atmospheric environment once you have challenged yourself on the golf course. Drink choices are perfectly acceptable but don’t ask for any cocktails that aren’t on the menu! The more expensive hotels like Regnum will make you anything as they appear to have mixologists working behind the bar, so are happy to get creative for you. The main restaurant (self service) has a good range of food choices and unlike some of the other hotels, the food is hot rather than warm. They now charge Euro 25 for the speciality restaurants which I think is too much so didn’t use them on this trip having dined in them regularly on previous holidays. Staff service was exceptionally good. They were attentive, engaging and smiling. A couple of managers (who had been promoted from being waiters 10 years ago) Serkan and Fatma, remembered us and were really welcoming; greeting us like old friends with a hug and a chat, which was nice and made you feel like you were part of the Cornelia family. We had great service at the main restaurant for breakfast (I can recommend the omelettes) and dinner. The 24 hour a la carte (no charge) bubble restaurant was also very good and one night when we were in there, a group of 10 golfers were being very noisy and the manager dealt with it very well. It’s unusual for groups of golfers to misbehave but I was very impressed by how quickly the manager dealt with them, in a polite, discreet but firm manner. Service at the golf club (Faldo) was also exceptionally friendly and efficient, even when very busy. The concierge desk were very good too. This is a huge hotel complex, and I mean huge. It took a full 10 minutes to walk to our rooms on the 5th floor. Rooms very dark and dated; probably never been refurbished since hotel was built sometime in the last century. Restaurant was a bun fight, full of families with young children. Quality of food very poor, even in the “speciality” restaurants which you paid extra for. On the bright side, all staff were very friendly and professional. However, we shall not be returning.

I was disappointed, after a great welcome I found my room to me dated, dark and located directly above the karaoke bar. Noise insulation was none existent with everything from the piano music flooding into my room to the chatter of guests in the lobby until the early hours. When the room next door became occupied I then had cigarette smoke finding it's way into my room even with the balcony door closed. The food for me was the worst, in the seven nights I ate one breakfast, one lunch and two evening meals because the choice and standard was so poor. Cooked chicken was placed in dishes on hot trolleys but the chicken was stone cold, on pointing this out the cook simply tipped the full dish on the hot plate and continued to do this until it was all gone. If you like coffee use the cake bar near the pool exit because everywhere else it is terrible. The golf course like last year over played, divots everywhere that had not been replaced of reseeded. Greens heavily pitch marked also the kings 18th has had a bad hydrolic fluid leak across the entire length which needs re-turfing. The golf course bar don't sit on the terrace the same side as the buggy collection area you won't get served, over 20 mins sat with four staff just stood around chatting.

Horrible experience! Our room is every night around 29 Celsius degrees and the reception says it is because they put the winter system… no air cond but an annoying heating system…and if you open your window, the music is very loud… We don’t recommend this hotel… in this range of price, sueno deluxe or titanic are much better…

HORRIBLE customer service. Our room was hott 24.5c and it took 3 days to cool to 22c. House keeping came and took our card out turning off our AC. Our room was hott again at 23.5. Management decided to turn head on. We open our balcony door and all you can hear is music from the club banging. The managers said we were guest, yet we are the paying customers. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. Everything was hot. Food was okay but not great at the buffet. My husband got food poisoning from something he ate or drank. Room service didn’t come for two days. I asked for them to come while we went to breakfast so my son could go back to sleep. They went to other rooms first. The place could be updated. Only one small heated pool. Just over all a horrible experience.

Just back from the Cornelia Diamond (CD) and having been here previously on several occasions it did not disappoint once again. From the moment we arrived via private transfer from Antalya Airport, check in was smooth and a refreshing cool drink after travelling from Edinburgh was most welcomed. From this point the CD customer service kicks in, luggage was taken to the room, even though it was 23:30 the Bubble restaurant was available to have something to eat and drink after a long day travelling. The staff are all amazing at the CD and we have to mention Deniz, Olga, Rozhin and Victoria part of the entertainment team as they work so very hard and made aqua gym, yoga, step aerobics, beach volleyball super fun, they are a credit to the CD. The Faldo Golf course was a good test of golf and now part of the all inclusive package which encourages you to have a drink and something to each at the clubhouse, golf fees are extra but include buggy or trolley hire which is a nice touch. The waiters are awesome and work so hard to ensure that your every need is catered for with special mention to Necdet once again a credit to CD and special mention for Isa, Ali and Mehmet (who makes the most amazing Old Fashioned) The choices for food and drink are plentiful and would suits the vast majority of everyones taste. The a la carte restaurants are 25 euros each which is a bit expensive compared to previous visits where they were 10 euros each. Due to price increase we did not use the a la cartes as often as we would have liked to, but The Bubble is available FOC and you can have breakfast in the Tia Pen if you pre book, this is also FOC. The CD is immaculately from the gates at the main entrance, through the hotel and down to pier bar area, every inch is meticulously well maintained and clean Pool areas are huge and there really is no need to reserve a lounger as there are ample loungers available and if not, inform the staff and more loungers will be made available without encroaching into each other space. Rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towel changed twice a day if required. The CD may not be the most up to date or the most luxurious hotel in Belek but having stayed in other hotels in the area it is top in my opinion for customer service. The only small negative it is the hotel is starting to show sign of it's age built in 2008 with the decor in rooms starting show signs of wear and tear but I did hear that there are plans to renovate the hotel but this has not been confirmed by staff. The fact that many guests at the hotel were returning guests speaks volumes for the CD. I would highly recommend the CD and we will most definitely return. Thanks to all at the CD from Gary and Julia Flynn we had the most amazing time.
