Perfect location (5 minutes walk to JianGuoMen subway station). Very friendly and helpful staffs. The Concierge here is the best in China. They provided very good recommendations on everything and went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. Room is very clean, spacious, and well designed. Highly recommended! I will definitely go back to stay again.

Its CLEAN. Tourist friendly staff and they can speak english. The hotel is just infront of Beijing hospital. MRT accessible as the Chongwenmen station is just across. It is also close to affordable local restaurants. The famous Wangfungjing St. is just 2 stations away but you need to transfer lanes. Most tourist attractions are just 2-4 stations away. Breakfast is also great at the Citrus Restaurant.

Excellent English speaking staff adds a lot of value to a 5 star hotel in China. The Concierge Manager Jason Zhang and his team Mr Young Yang, The Guest Managers, Mr Terry Mr Koh, front liners, Rebecca, Evelyn and of course the 2 bell boys too. Mr Jason who is English speaking has gone the extra mile to help give us invaluable advice for our private local tours. Thus, Legendale Hotel Beijing is one of the best 5 star hotel that we have stayed in China.

The hotel's only good trait is that it's close to the forbidden city and Wangfuijing shopping district. We were checked into a totally different room than we booked. It was like getting cat fished by a hotel. The hotel is quite stingy with its amenities. Asked for bottled water at the reception, they said they're only selling. I asked them if I could get some free bottled water, but was told they'll send it to my room. I wasn't going back to my room for the bottled water to come as I was leaving. My friend asked for water from her room, they didn't agree to send some right away, but instead continued to ask if there wasn't any in her room. We were mostly unsatisfied with our stay as the room did not match at all with the pictures on the Trip app. The breakfast buffet wasn't that good, it didn't live up to its expensive cost. And the concierge basically scammed us of RMB 183 for a taxi ride to the airport from the hotel, we could see that it only amounted to RMB 65-70 to the airport from the cab's meter. It was also my friend's birthday, so I asked if the hotel offers any complimentary cakes and asked them to bring it at 6pm. They said okay, but nothing arrived at 6pm. So I called them again and they transferred me to 4 different people until someone finally understood basic English and told me that I should've asked for the cake earlier, which I did right after we checked in. The hotel's staff does not do well with communicating internally. Somehow I expected good service as it was a Novotel hotel, but was left highly disappointed.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, right near the city center! All the staff were very kind and hospitable. The room we booked had all the necessities for an extended stay, such as washing machine, little kitchen etc. We couldn't use the hotel amenities fully due to our lack of free time, but I would've loved to use the open pool and fitness center on the top floor. The breakfast was also pretty great and tasty, with a wide range of local and western cuisine choices. However, the only negative thing that affected our overall experience was that in our room there was a huge concrete column right in front of the window looking into the skyscrapers. This blocked the light, and our viewing experience significantly. Apart from that one flaw, overall a great experience!

The location is perfect, and there is plenty of food delivery for you. The front desk staff are professional but lack the human touch. The concierge is the only team that is helpful and ready to help. The staff who were near the parking area were always yelling at delivery staff. Anyways it is a decent hotel.

Jen hotel is a perfect example of affordable stars hotel. It has a very complete facilities that every 5 stars hotel must have. The location is the winning point which is right in the center of Beijing CBD. It is integrated with china world mall and guomao subway station. It also homes of the internet celebrity's gym, Trainyard. In-house guests can enjoy it for free. My room is a club room so that it comes with dinner package. I dont think i can find any other hotel in cbd beijing (in the same level) which have such a high price to value ratio. Their staffs are also its plus sides. They are energetic and attentive. Special thanks to cleaning service lady who clean up my room on friday and sunday night. I definitely will stay here again if i go to beijing.

I can’t say enough how cute and chic this hotel is and it’s right in the middle of everything. Located in the heart on Dongcheng District. Just a 100 meters or so from Wangfujing street . There is a lot of colorful action there as this section of Wangfujing is basically is walkable mall so there are thousands of people out having fun getting ice cream and shopping . Very lively area. Located on Dong A Men Street The hotel is just a 12 minute walk from Subway line 1, especially great if you take the inexpensive train and subway connection from Daxing airport or Beijing International . No need to deal with taxis if you don’t want to.. There are great places to eat to the right or left of the hotel . Whether Peking duck or noodles. Whatever your heart desires, you won’t go hungry . There are also little shops for sweets, gifts, pastries or water. .Also not far from Tiananmen Square. Or the Forbidden city , about a 20-25 min walk. For the price the hotel is absolutely worth it and have seen a lot less comfort and dullness for a lot more . The place is updated and modern and the rooms look just like in the pictures on google or what have you. No disappointment, No surprises, no filthiness, mold or peeling paint. We got the Superior Smart Room with window. There are so many nice things in the room like heated toilet seat, great high pressure shower , with head from high above , a fridge, white glass ,blue and gold tones throughout , power curtains( just yank a little on them and they open or close the rest of the way, nice! ) , nice cluster of buttons by the side of the bed with USB or to activate different light or things and just cool modern decor We decided to book breakfast with our stay which is an additional charge of $9, Sure you can eat cheaper outside if you just want a bowl of noodle but you will not be disappointed eating hear either, located on the 5th floor roof top This not a tea and biscuit or waffle and dried egg buffet. This is a full on staffed event with a cook working in the back . The choices of eastern and western food is endless. It’s very large .you will be satisfied . The 5th floor is the outdoor roof where u can sit and enjoy some fresh air and it also has an indoor lounge . The inside lounge has a microwave, a small couch, washing machines(1 or 2, don’t remember ) , two stationary bikes . A couch etc… a place to chill if you want . They have WiFi, though the staff helped me connect I couldn’t really get mine to work. Maybe you will have better luck . The staff is helpful and friendly though English is at a very very minimum. But that’s ok , hell we are in their country right? Just get out your google translate and they will translate back. I found this to be the best method of communicating. In the end , with all the benefits of proximity to food, attractions , subway we would not hesitate to stay here again. Really nice small hotel

We were intrigued by the siheyuan and it was really quite a good experience. Despite being ancient, it was warm, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Got to remember not to flush toilet paper as the sewage can't support that. The whole setting allowed travellers to mind their own business and also to mingle. We were very happy to have met and made friends with some locals and even friends from Tibet. The kids love the place and I would recommend this for families who like to experience local culture.
