Starway Hotels in Beijing

Very comfy hotel, close to the airport. Ladies at the reception are very considerate, though do not speak English, but quite proficient with phone translator, so no issues with understanding, very good service. Breakfast was great and tasty, good variety and price. Just got a Didi from airport for 30cny , as hard to arrange free transfer to hotel via phone number unless you speak the language and have ability to call. Transfer back was easy and arranged by reception on check-in. Room itself was fine, comfy beds, good shower, though floor there is uneven and need to be careful. Aircon did not work, controls are there, but was showing no power, I suspect it was managed and off centrally, not a big problem, but that would be my only minus considering you can hear planes over with open windows and it was dash too warm. Overall, great value AUD$26 for 4 hours and $10 for breakfast for 2ppl.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended.

The service is great, the location is good, the nearby bus and subway are relatively close, go directly to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Guobo Line 1, take the bus directly, go to the Summer Palace, Qingbei to the subway is also very convenient. I read the comments before that the health is not good, the actual is not bad, better than expected. The suite space is slightly smaller, but Beijing's convenient location is understandable.

The room is very clean and tidy, the service is good, the delivery is timely, the service attitude is good, the breakfast is also complete, and you can cook noodles! It was a really enjoyable stay experience!

The biggest advantage is that it is located in a residential area, which is very quiet and free of traffic noise. Secondly, there is no unpleasant hotel smell or damp smell in the room. It is warm and dry, probably because the heating in Beijing is so good in winter. It is only five minutes away from the subway entrance, and you have to walk slowly. It is very close to everything and super convenient. You can eat authentic Beijing breakfast and shabu-shabu at Yaer Li Ji nearby, and you can buy dim sum and cooked food at Daoxiang Village. The hotel's breakfast is included in the room rate, which is reasonably priced and delicious. I will stay here again next time.

This hotel is great. It's the most satisfying one I've stayed in Beijing so many times. It's not far from the Bird's Nest and Tsinghua University. I drove here this time and saw that there was a free parking area. I didn't expect the environment in the hotel to be so good. The breakfast was especially rich. I've stayed in many hotels with breakfast, but this one is really good. It also has a mini gym and a laundry room. I'll stay here directly next time I come.
