Perfect to rest during a long layover. Good location, it's really not far to the airport. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport, however it is difficult to book from the airport to the hotel as you have to call and the staff hardly speaks English Room with great design, very spacious, beautiful, comfortable. Great cleanliness. The room has everything you need: kettle, tea, coffee, water, refrigerator. Huge projector, a selection of movies in English. Chic lighting and its scenarios are well thought out Huge comfortable bed! We slept great. Large sink with mirror, comfortable toilet and shower There is a coffee machine in the lobby and free buffet in the evenings We will definitely stay again!

Good location near to Airport, kind staffs, four bottles free mineral waters in the room and corridor, free shuttle bus to Airport, and small gift when checked-out caused by 1’st visiting? or Trip.com member? Anyway, when I leave by shuttle bus, one staff wave his hand with smile towards to all guests in the shuttle bus. it was most impressed.

The hotel environment is great and great value for money! It is also very close to the airport. The environment is very good and quiet. The room is large and clean. I especially want to praise the lady at the front desk who worked the night shift last night. She is so nice. She was also patient and helped solve the problems encountered at night. , very gentle and patient! ! She is the best front desk girl I have ever encountered. Enjoy in the mini bar: Coke, Sprite, etc. are all free Heart-warming Tremella Fungus and Snow Pear Soup: Delicious, delicious, delicious

This is a very clean and modern hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable, with wireless charging available as well as usb ports and plug points. The shower was large and the toiletries they provide are good quality - there are big refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash so no wasteful single use small bottles. The hotel has an excellent laundry service and provides all the necessary detergents, softeners etc. There was a big selection at breakfast - it would have been nice to have a few more descriptions on the food and allergen information. I had to stay an extra night due to my flight being rescheduled and they accommodated this with no problem. Travellers using PEK airport should be aware that this hotel is not walking distance, but it is only a short ride in the taxi to/from the airport.
Hampton by Hilton Beijing CIEC New Venue

Once checked in I went to my room & found the door open and no Hilton seal for covid cleanliness. I went back down to reception where other guests pushed in front of me and were served first with out any acknowledgement. Once I was spoken to I was told there was no other room. I proceeded to explain that this was not acceptable and another colleague came over to allocate a different room. This room was sealed correctly, extremely comfortable with a great shower and Peter Roth products, all of which were welcomed after a 10 day quarantine. Unfortunately room service was not available when we arrived which was rather disappointing.

Such a wonderful choice to stay near PEK. It’s really convenient to get front PEK, take the hotel shuttle to the check in desk. Our room was clean and great, perfect for two. Customer service was amazing. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and families! 卫生环境服务都很棒 推荐推荐
