I stay in this hotel every year during the winter break. Usually I enjoy everything. But I was a little disappointed this time. The in-room dining service didn’t have enough ice cream. The bathtub wasn’t as clean as before. Even the room tv didn’t play any videos from my usb memory sticks. The charge for the room has grown significantly, but I’m not getting the same service. I’m afraid I’ll have to choose another hotel next time.

Great stay, would definitely recommend 💯 A tiny suggestion would be to add little things to your service such as explain where breakfast is (for those who have it included) as well as explain how to get to your room. I was a first time guest at your hotel and didn't specifically know where things were located (had no problem finding them). The elevators were easy enough to find, but explaining where it is should still be something the people at the front desk does and as a guest you should not have to ask where breakfast is, it should automatically be told to you upon check-in. It will smooth things over with guests. Other than that, everything was perfect and I was super satisfied with it 😊
Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing

Xizhimen and Beijing Exhibition Center Area
This summer vacation, Hanting Home Inn is more expensive than Shangri-La, and the real experience is true! First of all, the location is good, 5-10 minutes walk from Wanshou Temple Station of the subway. The disadvantage is that the time between trains on Line 16 is long. Located on the third ring road, it takes about half an hour to go to the Forbidden City and Summer Palace by subway. Unicom Suite is extremely cost-effective! Two families come to live, the average family is 1,000 a night, and there are administrative benefits, which cover breakfast and dinner. Save time going out to find food. The administrative treatment is very good, and the water is 8 yuan a bottle. However, coconut juice and whiskey are only provided if you ask for it, which is a bit petty here. The service is perfect, cleaned every day, and the lost items are quickly contacted and mailed back.
Shangri-La Shougang Park, Beijing

Princess Tomb and Wanshou Road Commercial Area
The overall stay experience is very good! A very unique Shangri-La hotel, it is no exaggeration to say it is unique. The location is outside the West 5th Ring Road in Beijing. If you want to go to the CBD, it is quite far. However, if you are just doing activities on the side, it is still ok. Moreover, there are the Winter Olympics big diving platform and the ruins of the old Shougang nearby. Including the large chimney, it is very contrasting and distinctive, a bit like 798. The room facilities are also very good, there is a Nespresso coffee machine, and the TV is also convenient for connecting to multimedia. The service is generally good, and the gym is also very good. Give it a thumbs up if parking is free!
