Meet the Future Shanquan Private Tang Holiday Homestay (Badaling Great Wall Branch)

The hotel is very clean, and the hygiene is excellent. It has a bathtub, which is great, and it's so quiet. It's also very close to the Badaling Great Wall. The facilities are complete, making it perfect for family trips, and the family room offers great value for money.

It was great! Tucked away at the very back, it was really quiet. You could see the greenery outside from both the shower and the bathtub. We went hiking on the Great Wall in the afternoon, and when we came back, we saw both the moon and the sunset from the terrace – moon on the left, sun on the right. The master bedroom and living room both had TVs, quite large ones, which was convenient for casting shows at night.

Really liked the room. Hygiene: Very clean. Service: Front desk service was excellent.

The B&B's environment is fantastic, I highly recommend it! It's super close to Badaling Great Wall Station. The only downsides are the poor soundproofing and insulation; it gets a bit cold, and I could hear the wind whistling while trying to sleep, which made it hard for a girl like me to get some rest. There were also some silverfish, but they're more like flying insects, much better than what you'd find by the sea. Overall, if this place were in downtown Beijing, it would easily cost at least 500-600 RMB.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The small courtyard has a nice ambiance, perfect for taking photos. It's also very close to the Great Wall, just a few minutes' walk away.

This place is conveniently located near Badaling Station, making it easy to visit the Great Wall and the zoo. Its main advantage is definitely the location, offering beautiful mountain views with peach blossoms everywhere. The old village has been renovated, and many guesthouses have been developed by various companies here. During holidays, the high prices feel a bit excessive, and the soft amenities are somewhat lacking. The restaurant is very ordinary and not as good as some reviews claimed. With more and more guesthouses popping up around Beijing, I hope the market can soon move past this chaotic phase and develop in a healthier direction.

Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and very user-friendly. The huge TV was perfect for watching movies, and the private hot spring tub was large enough for two, or even three, people to relax comfortably. A nice soak before bed was wonderful. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Environment: The environment was great. From the two-story courtyard, you could see the mountains and even the Great Wall. The night view was particularly stunning. Service: The service was excellent and very welcoming. ❤️
