The staff are super good and friendly. Location is good, near to the train station. There’s a Lawson nearby, very convenient. Overall good!

We chose Beijing for our high school graduation trip, and stayed at this hotel for five nights out of our six-day journey. Since it was before the peak summer season, the price was quite reasonable, and the overall experience was very smooth! The hotel's hygiene and cleanliness were excellent. I didn't experience any skin discomfort during our five-night stay (though this can vary for different people). The robot delivery for takeout was prompt and convenient; no need to go downstairs. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. It wasn't just generic pre-made food; the dishes were fresh. We stayed in a twin room. The room had good natural light, and the window size was appropriate. Some rooms seemed to face office buildings, while others faced the road, but overall it was quiet. The air conditioning made a slight noise, but it didn't significantly affect our sleep. The laundry room on the second floor was well-equipped with washing, drying, and steam ironing facilities. You could do it yourself or leave your laundry card for staff to assist. Also, we requested room cleaning every day after we left. Coming back in the evening to a tidy room was a pleasant feeling, and they never moved our luggage around. Issues were resolved promptly. One evening, our key card wouldn't open the door, and someone came upstairs to fix it very quickly. Additionally, opposite the front desk on the first floor, there's a coffee machine, ice dispenser, small fridge, and lemon water, all with disposable cups provided – very convenient. There are many shopping malls near the hotel. Across the street is a 24-hour Lawson convenience store. A bit further is a mall called 'Saite +' (赛特+), which isn't huge but has everything you need, making it quite practical for daily life. If you don't want to go too far but want to eat at a restaurant, you can check the food establishments on the map in advance. The subway is about 600 meters away, I think? There's a shared bike parking spot right downstairs, so you can cycle if you don't want to walk. Plus, the subway is Line 1, which makes it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Mixue Bingcheng (蜜雪冰城) nearby~ For taxis, the pick-up point is directly at the hotel entrance, so it's easy to find.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Ritan Road bus stop. The environment is nice, and despite being on a main road, the room was surprisingly quiet. Although the room was small, it was very clean with no strange odors. Breakfast was also very generous, offering great value for money, and about half the guests were foreigners. The only issue was that the soundproofing of the room door wasn't great, so noises from the hallway were quite clear.

The rooms are decent size. Bed is comfortable. Conveniently located around 600m from Line 2 Yonganli metro. Surrounding the hotel has a variety of food options.

The room is big enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The bathroom is clean, and there is room service every day. At night, there is no noise, so you can get a good night’s sleep. Bed is very comfortable and sheets look very clean. The Yitel Hotel is located in the CBD. It is about 13 minutes away from Jianguomen subway station, which is convenient for taking the metro to most tourist attractions. You also have the option of taking a Didi to get around the city. I recommend this hotel.

Beijing Yitel Hotel is perfect for international passport holders. It's conveniently located within Beijing's first ring road, just a 7-minute walk from Jianguomen and Yong'anli subway stations, making it super easy for tourists to explore Beijing by metro. Plus, if you're planning a trip to the Great Wall at Badaling, the high-speed train from Beijing North Station gets you there in a quick 30 minutes. Beyond its great location, there are tons of delicious and unique restaurants nearby, offering all sorts of local specialties. You can find Cantonese cuisine at Jinhu Restaurant and fresh Peking Duck at Zixiangyuan, both within a 10-minute walk. The hotel's breakfast is incredibly rich and varied! I especially loved the fresh Tofu Pudding (who would have thought? As a Cantonese person, I rarely get to enjoy Tofu Pudding like this even in Guangzhou, but this hotel filled that void!). The chef's skill with the Tofu Pudding was truly remarkable, and their poached eggs and various stir-fried dishes were also excellent! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing. Even the welcoming gentleman from Xi'an was incredibly kind and approachable. I felt so fortunate to bring my daughter from the US to visit Beijing and stay in a hotel in our capital city. A big thank you to the chef and the gentleman from Xi'an (who recommended the fresh Peking Duck restaurant, Zixiangyuan) for their wonderful service! And a heartfelt thank you to all the staff who served us at the hotel!

This hotel had a robot cook noodles at breakfast and another deliver food to my room – super cool. Great location: tons of food options, a mall, Lawson, and a park 8 minutes away. One warning – a staff member put our clothes in the dryer even though we had delicate items that couldn't be dried. Luckily we caught it and pulled them out, but keep an eye on your laundry.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, making it easy to rest. Overall, a wonderful room experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

The location is excellent, near Jianguomen, making it super convenient for both subway and taxis. The hotel is well-maintained; facilities are still quite new and there aren't any noticeable odors. Room hygiene is good, and the gym and laundry facilities are decent. Breakfast offers a good variety, and the noodle-cooking robot is a fun touch.

Excellent stay, great location on Chang'an Avenue. The room was fantastic, very clean, and fully equipped. It's also quite close to Yong'anli subway station. The service was very thoughtful and attentive. Perfect for business travelers, and the price was quite reasonable too.

I was very satisfied with the hotel overall. It was super clean and the location was really convenient. The room, although a bit small, was fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They even have robots deliver takeout, which was such a nice, hassle-free touch. Downstairs, there's a fantastic selection of food, drinks, and entertainment, with tons of small restaurants. I stayed for five days and had a really comfortable experience. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

The room was much more spacious than I expected, with a minimalist yet high-quality decor. Most importantly, it was incredibly clean! The floors, desk, and bathroom were spotless, and the bedding was soft and cozy, making me instantly relax – my sleep quality was amazing 💤. The soundproofing was also excellent. It was incredibly quiet at night; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, which introverts like me really appreciate! The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water came on instantly, and the water pressure was superb. The toiletries were also high-quality. The service was truly impeccable. They were always on hand when needed, responded super quickly, and didn't bother me excessively – they had the perfect sense of discretion. The location was also fantastic, making it super convenient for getting around, and dining and shopping nearby were effortless. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to my friends!

Great location! There's a noodle shop, Mixue ice cream, a Lawson convenience store, and a pharmacy nearby, which is super convenient. Domino's is also not far away. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but the path is easy to navigate. What I loved most was the bed and duvet. If you prioritize good sleep while traveling, I highly recommend this place. The bed and duvet really helped me recover from travel fatigue. The bed is soft on top but firmer underneath, providing excellent support. The duvet is also just the right thickness. Even the twin beds are spacious enough, you won't feel cramped. The Xiao Ai voice assistant was very useful. It was very clean, everything was spotless and comfortable.

Facilities: The room was well-equipped, comfortable, clean, and free from any unpleasant odors. Environment: The lobby was bright and spacious, and they offer luggage storage. Service: Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were friendly and enthusiastic.
