The room type I booked was "Superior Room with King Bed and Larger Area", but when I checked in, I felt that I had been downgraded to "Superior Room with King Bed". The difference in area between the two room types was only 2 square meters, but the "larger area" room type description had " "Smart Guest Control" (corresponding to Xiaoai Audio), but there was no corresponding equipment (only alarm clock audio) when I checked in. After asking the hotel staff to confirm, the hotel confirmed that there was no smart equipment, but insisted that the room type had not been downgraded. The only option was to change rooms the next day without refunding the price difference. If the room type is correct, why is the equipment in the room wrong? No explanation was given, and the experience was poor.

The room is clean and quiet. It also has an air purifier and a smart Xiao Ai classmate. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The front desk and other staff are very kind and the service is attentive. Satisfied++!
