The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and luggage storage was convenient. Although the room wasn't big, it was clean and tidy. The hotel is surrounded by a commercial area with plenty of dining options. With two subway stations and a bus stop nearby, it's incredibly convenient to get to the Forbidden City and other attractions, even those a bit further out.

The location was excellent, very close to the metro, and it offered good value for money. The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly, and thoughtfully assigned us a second-floor room when she saw I was with a child. However, the hotel had a very strong, sickly sweet odor. When we opened the window for ventilation, we discovered ants crawling on the windowsill. My child was quite bothered by this, so we only stayed one night and moved elsewhere the next day.

The staff is superfriendly, they will always try to help you with a very big smile! The location is also very good, only a 5min walk from two metrostations, a 15min walk to the forbidden city and the area around is getting very trendy with Some Nice bars and restaurants!

I really recommend for foreigners to stay this hotel because staff is very helpful and they can speak English. The hotel located near the subway just walking distance and close to some food stores.
