酒店雖然在醫院附近但一點也感覺不到嘈雜。環境整體來説很温馨。前台熱情待客，去時走前都主動提供熱水，讓人倍感温暖；服務細緻，提出的問題都能用心解決。房間很温馨，香薰很好聞，衞生乾淨安全，住宿有無限暢飲的飲料和礦泉水。保潔大姐也很温和，打掃房間很仔細，每天都會把水和物品配齊了，很貼心。早餐很方便就在樓下，而且是自助的，還有水果酸奶，價位也很合適。距離地鐵五棵松很近，去哪兒都比較方便。退房的時候還可以免費寄存行李，下次有機會過來還住這。

酒店在小區裏，服務員服務很到位，提前給我打電話告知路線，去看演唱會也非常近，周圍美食很多，在華熙還能逛逛，房間很乾凈，環境也很好，看演唱會的首選酒店。

我定了兩個房型，一個商務雙床房和一個和風榻榻米。榻榻米是我父母住偏偏小一點，不過還是不錯。本來酒店説給我們升級房型的，結果沒有估計要升級的房型被別人定了吧，可以理解春節嘛。總體還是很滿意的，就早餐種類悄悄偏少一些。
