Rude, incapable and impolite staff (reception), zero view and daylight from the window (20cm from a wall!) Too short and hard mattress and bed ware, shower dangerous (impossible to get the water temperature right = burn wounds!) smelly carpet, no assistance for the luggage and no possibility to unload luggage in front of the entrance.
