Overall a nice hotel, great option if you’re travelling to Beijing. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed everyday. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were spacious. Being connected to Joy City was a nice perk, and the transit (line 1 and line 4) was a 5 minute walk.

Reached the hotel at 8+am after a red-eye flight. Although it was too early to check-in, front desk staff kindly checked for available room, and arranged housekeeping to expedite cleaning. We were able to check-in after one hour. Very pleased with the size of the family room with 2 queen size beds, very spacious, clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping staff did good job of daily cleaning and put many bottles of drinking water for us. Hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall making it super convenient for shopping & dining and 8 mins walk from metro station, which has 2 metro lines (1 & 4), easy to travel around. Concierge/customer service is also very professional and helpful. Ordered some packages from Taobao but they went missing (2 times). The staff offered to find them and they did. Each time they also followed up with phone calls afterwards to make sure we had received them. Breakfast spread was very sumptuous and good variety, and the chef even introduced the food items personally. Overall very happy with our stay, and would highly recommend this hotel for their comfort level, customer service and value-for-money price point, to any visitors to Beijing.

This location nearby have a lot of delicious food. Very convenient. Price is affordable, room is clean. And they provide laundry service. Free !

The room is clean & spacious for my family of 4 adults. The hotel is connected with the mall, which is so convenient! Staff is extremely helpful & guided us on how to use various apps like meituan/ didi. I am so impressed with the meituan to hotel bot delivery - our order is delivered 30min from ordering! The only suggestion is to blank out or frost the entire bathroom glass. It is kind of odd that the top n bottom are see-through.

Room is clean and spacious. Housed under 1 roof in a mall with plenty of eateries, cafes and restaurants (Level 6-8) + retail outlets etc. Nothing much for housekeeping to do but inconsistencies were still observed everyday (Final Night) e.g. number of towel sets, drinking mugs not washed, empty bottles which were not from the hotel minibar list not disposed off, trash bags not replaced after emptying trash cans - Stayed so many nights with no special benefits, can’t even provide ice cubes after 10PM and have to collect them from restaurant at Level 8. - Again, fundamentals which a 5-star rated hotel should have as bare minimums.

The guest lifts are still out of service. It is some how ridiculous, we have been waiting for more than 30 mins for a lift down during morning breakfast timing. Hotel concierge and security staff are good and friendly. Housekeeping doesn't smile at all.

Room was cleaned thoroughly daily and the staff was friendly. Good location too with malls and main touristy spots. There’s a shortcut for you to access the mall beside and the pekkin duck was good!

Very nice hotel, lovely breakfast. The people working are very friendly. The cleaners are also very lovely. The room is very clean. The gymschool is very hot, there is no airco. There is a shoppingcenter where you can go with the elevator. I really recommend this hotel! It was great ＜3

very clean and tidy. And so handy for attractions such as forbidden city and Tiananmen Square. Lots of famous restaurants in the joy city ( link with hotel and on floor 6-8)very happy to stay again!

Location good! Next to a big shopping mall so you can get whatever you need. Room is big, nice and clean. Staff are helpful.

Awesome location - 350m to Xidan subway station, Great breakfast - a mix of Western and Chinese Rooms clean, tidy, comfortable Integrated with a shopping center that has plenty of restaurants on the top floor.

Service is excellent and location is great - right next to a mall. However, the room is really warm. Even though there is a fan and we can open the window slightly, it is still pretty stuffy. Just wear tshirt and shorts in the room during winter and you’d be fine!

Great stay, is near to all the shopping malls. Dinner selection is great as the malls have plenty of options. Breakfast in the hotel is decent and the staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay, and Beijing is amazing. Great help from Ms. Chen from reception :)

Very lovely and clean hotel . In very prime location within a shopping mall with a lot of eateries. Super recommended for families with young children. Will definitely stay here again
