A pretty decent hotel to stay with families with good facilities (gym, hot bath, pantry, individual meeting rooms, etc.). The receptionists (王欢, 王庭, 旺欢) were very accommodating to our requests for flexibility on extending our check-out timing. However, we felt that the hotel service can be further improved as the toiletries were not refilled promptly everyday and we had to repeatedly call/ remind the service counter before getting our requests fulfilled. As for location of the hotel, we would have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the nearest train station. Overall, a comfortable stay!

Hotel really very nice and service also so good . Its too safe for solo female traveller as well . buffet breakfast was really awesome.

Reception staff helpful. However, hotel does not have aircon when I stayed in mid Oct. Apparently, aircon is on central government system and they turn it off during season change. The whole 3 nights stay was terrible in a sauna hot room.

The AC is switched off during the transit season. Room is extremely stuffy and hot without AC

We were a group of three so we booked a family room. The room was big and the beds were comfortable, but unfortunately the bathroom was too small for our liking. Location wise, the hotel was very close to the Jianguomen metro station and easy to book a car otherwise.

Room service is bad. Request for towels cannot be made at night as staff is off duty.
Design of toilet (combined with shower room) is bad for family room. Not only is it small but not practical as once you shower, whole toilet floor is wet because there is no segregation

The whole experience was just okay… Amenities are incomplete, not suitable and not enough for 4 people. We ask for additional bath towel and amenities but they weren’t paying attention to it. When we get there i found the other bottled of water in the toilet cabinet seems like they don’t really clean it properly. Hope the hotel will improved.
