The staff here are truly excellent; their service is top-notch, with a great attitude and quick responses – a definite thumbs-up! Even the cleaning staff were very polite and thorough with their work. The hotel's location is superb, with a 7-Eleven downstairs for convenient supplies. It's just a few minutes' walk to Wangfujing Street and ideally situated between two metro lines, making it easy to get anywhere, including a convenient connection to the Capital Airport Express. The laundry room has two LG washers and two dryers. The self-service breakfast isn't overly extensive but offers good value for money. Any issues we had during our stay were promptly and positively addressed by customer service.

The prime location lived up to its reputation – Wangfujing is right around the corner, and you can walk to attractions around Tiananmen. Plus, having two subway lines nearby makes getting around super efficient!

On the first day of our stay, the front desk staff and even the cleaning aunties were super friendly, always greeting us and incredibly patient. With metro lines 5 and 8 close by, getting around to anywhere is super convenient!
