The place is not well conserved as the pictures shows it. The bathroom is poorly cleaned and old, The bath water drains very slowly in the drain, resulting in all bathroom soaked in water.
The main gate is old and rusty. Kitchen smells awful.
Some details are not care taking, such as towels and bed sheets. In my opinion it’s doesn’t worth the price.
The host was polite offering assistance by WeChat.
The location is really close to the Mutianyu entrance of the Great Wall.
I’m disappointed with the room in many matters.

家電硬件都不錯，地暖空調都有，很暖和。衞生條件很一般，鏡子是花的、玻璃是花的、櫥櫃是花的、電磁爐還有上次使用後留下的大油點子且是壞的。經一番協商，管家大姐貢獻出了自己家的電磁爐，但對家電的操作無法提供幫助，比如電視為何打不開、對應遙控器在哪等，一概不知。總之就是硬件挺硬，軟件挺軟…

房間設備餐具還有裝修都比較陳舊，衞生條件差，床上還有上一波客人的頭髮，到處都是蒼蠅，大螞蟻還會爬到身上。要燒烤也沒有提前準備炭，還是自己出去找地方買的。開始是看中網圖拍的院子很好看，實際很小，沙坑也很臟根本玩不了，照片角度太會騙人了。三千塊錢一個週末簡直被宰的感覺。

位置：出門就能看見慕田峪停車場，附近有餐廳可以吃飯。環境：還行，設備一點點舊了，不過小院收拾的很乾凈。服務：阿姨人很好，還給我們送西瓜吃。

小院居住温馨，兩家人剛好。阿姨會帶着停好車，衞生收拾的很乾凈，進屋有淡淡的消毒水味道，被褥乾淨整潔，衞生間也很乾凈，帶着孩子住很放心。

整套房屋比較有設計感，屋內設施齊全。獨立的廚房很大，餐廳敞亮，雙立人刀具，西門子雙開門冰箱，電動遮光窗簾。空調極好用，靜音。院子裏有花有樹，偶有小蟲。大門開關略顯費勁。房主細心周到。好評。
