Convenient as it walkable to simatai wall. The chinese breakfast is ok. However, the room I booking can smell cigarettes even though there is a sign in a room that smoking is prohibited and i found out that such smell coming from nearby room.

Not bad, quite affordable. It's a single room, not big, but it has a large bay window so it doesn't feel cramped. The location is in the middle of town, right on the main road when you step out, which is great.

Nice tea set and tea leaves provided. Location good. Nearby is a heated pool to soak your tired feet after all the walking. Breakfast included was good. One can sit in an outdoor section (2 tables only) and enjoy the view. It's jointly managed by the hotel opposite and breakfast was served there. Cats like to hang around the door entrance. Only down-side was there's nowhere to hang one's clothes or towel. There are pegs beside the bathroom basin but it was also adjacent to the toilet bowl and there's a risk the clothes or towel may drop and land beside the toilet bowl.

The location is super convenient, right on Sun and Moon Island. The room was clean and spacious, and the facilities were brand new. They even gave us a non-smoking room as requested. The owner was really friendly and helpful; we could leave our luggage there while we were out exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable – we slept so well! It also came with attraction tickets and complimentary hot spring passes, which is amazing value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel was clean, centrally located and easy to get around. In addition, the restaurant owned by the same person served delicious food, and the atmosphere while having lunch there was very impressive. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back.

The hotel is quite decent. The room was clean, bu the windows weren’t cleaned for a while. Location is nice, closer to the Great Wall. We had some problems with wi-fi. Connection was pretty weak

I didn't take pictures of the room, but it was very clean, probably due to a standardized management. The bed size was also suitable for two adults and one child.

It was a fantastic experience! The hotel has a very unique architectural style, and its European-inspired design is absolutely beautiful 😍 My child felt like a princess staying there 👸 We'll definitely be back if we have the chance in the future.

Very nice and clean hotel. Perfect location. Good price. The reception and breakfast is in the opposite shop.

Location is good, center of the village, near the shuttle bus stop, near the drone showing area. The room has beautiful view at the beginning of Nov.

Gubei Water Town was one of Beijing's earliest scenic spots to offer guesthouse accommodations, and my recent visit was very satisfying. Since it wasn't a holiday, there weren't many tourists, and the room rates offered good value for money. As for the accommodation itself, given that it's been around for about 10 years, the environment felt a bit dated, but the overall cleanliness was good. The guesthouse owner also runs a restaurant with decent food, and guests even get an 8.8% discount on meals.

Easy to reach. Not far from Simatai great wall. I like it But not warm enough. Heater cannot be used that is controlled by center and they dont turn it on.

We enjoy the Gubei water town and the hotel that we stayed in. The room is alright, with the necessary amenities. The lady serving us is very friendly. Breakfast is also OK.
