地理位置沒得説，旁邊就是團結湖地鐵站，挨着十號線進可工體三里屯，退呼家樓央視國貿雙井cbd，可以説是得天獨厚，又沒有大馬路邊上沒那麼吵，窗户也做了強隔音，睡眠很輕但是晚上幾乎沒有聽到任何聲音
樓體在旁邊的居民區路上5層算是獨棟吧，雖然沒電梯但是前台小哥會幫忙拿行李（7層以上房子才允許建電梯）後面還有個小院，早上7：30-9點有早餐，小米粥熱牛奶蒸粗糧等都有，小餛飩都是現點現煮，吃多少煮多少，吃得非常舒服，
服務上可以説是關懷備至，又拿東西又送水的生怕客人缺啥了，會提前預判提供服務，動線和裝修都不錯，很合理。床品很乾凈，平時的夜貓子這兩天都倒頭就睡，床墊枕頭的質感都很不錯，可以媲美星級酒店。價格上又很親民，北京這個位置這個品質的房間不多了，破民宿啥都沒人管的還兩三百呢，也不知道是不是梁靜茹給的勇氣，總的來説團結湖漢庭可以説是性價比王者之一了。
環境上有吃有喝有家樂福，有生活所有需要的，各種設施齊全，晚上旁邊溜達溜達都行，感受下真正的首府繁華，動中取靜。各位放心沖

來北京旅遊的，交通便利，門口就是公交車站。一公里內有三個地鐵站，出行非常方便。前台小哥哥小姐姐服務很好，這兩天下雨還免費提供雨傘和一次性的雨衣。大廳有我最喜歡的灌籃高手手辦和很多可以借閲的書，很贊👍🏻。房間設施齊全，該有的都有，衞生也非常乾淨，很滿意。酒店環境也很棒，非常喜歡。性價比很高，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，下次來北京還會選擇住這裏，強烈推薦！
