I stayed there for five days and changed rooms three times. In the end, I lost my temper. On the first night I checked in, I was assigned to the farthest room. On the second day and the third day, I changed rooms for two consecutive days because the neighbor next door kept singing loudly in the middle of the night. There were also a bunch of girls running around and laughing in the corridor in the middle of the night. They rang the doorbell and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. The doorbell next door rang. , singing, laughter and talking in the corridor are just like in your ears. The room has almost no soundproofing. In addition, I asked the front desk on the third day that my current room type only has half of the windows. Is it the same room type as the room type 306 next door with two windows? The front desk said no, that one is more advanced! When I was about to check out, I discovered that the room type with two windows was the promotional photo of the room I booked. Why did you lie to me that it was not the same room type? The first photo is when I checked in, and the second and third photos are photos of the room types booked on Ctrip!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The price is more than 1,000. I originally thought that this hotel would be okay after opening many other hotels, but the reality is very poor. The facilities are very old, there is no air conditioning, the hygiene is very poor, and the quilts are not new. After changing, the quilt still contained hair from previous residents. 酒店太棒了，酒店很乾凈；酒店環境和地理位置都很好，前台很熱情周到，尤其是前台小孩冰倩，房間衞生乾淨，床品床類很舒服，服務真的很貼心，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，酒店的設施也都很齊全：洗衣房還配洗衣液，針線盒，消毒凝膠，熨燙機和熨斗機，還有免費的礦泉水，電梯也是有梯禁也很安全。電梯門口都一個桌子，桌上上有免費小物品擺放盒裡面有：創可貼、免洗消毒凝膠、髮卡、棉簽、耳塞、牙線、針線包、碗筷清潔濕巾等等。點外賣的話有智能機器人配送到房間。體驗極佳！！！推薦給大家

體驗感很好的一次入住!前台小趙態度很好很熱情，還免費升級了房型，設施也比較齊全酒店環境也很好，衞生也乾淨，還有免費茶包，有外賣的話機器人會送上樓非常方便，出行也很方便非常不錯。

環境還行給家人訂的 就是房間窗户下邊有個枱子 小孩在那走玩時候被絆倒了，頭磕在床沿上了一個3釐米的口，不過還好不是很嚴重，希望床邊會有一些保護的東西

前台服務人員很好，辦理入住，以及退房的時候都很迅速，態度也不錯，在房間裏手滑打碎了一個杯子，酒店也沒有要求賠償，小悦還問我有沒有受傷，很貼心。下次入住還會選這家，還有機器人送餐，很方便！！！
