房間有些老舊了，但環境非常優美。

曾經遊客勿入的神祕區域對外開放了，暑假帶着孩子和長者特意來住一晚。園區景色勝過懷柔其他景點，面積很大，三山兩湖一隧道，適合自駕，園區內叫電瓶車也很方便。住宿條件一般，三號院標間和高級標間無甚區別。前台和客房的服務人員都很熱情，忙前跑後的儘量滿足長者的需求。

我們訂的標間（最便宜的）一般，其他方面的條件都是槓槓滴，尤其是周邊環境和配套設施太讚了，而且應有盡有，不用出院就夠玩三天了！借用灰太狼的名言：我還會回來的！！

酒店整體可以説真是低調奢華上檔次（雖然是自費但不出院門滿足各種娛樂需求）勝在一個環境，整個一個天然大氧吧，特別適合帶長者和孩子一起玩。雖然白天夏日酷暑，滿眼綠色讓人身心放鬆，畢竟有羣山環抱，天陽落山後，温度涼爽舒適。服務人員熱情周到，有求必應。房間整體設施維護完好，打掃的都很乾凈沒有異味，配品也都很齊全。來的寶寶們衹要把水自己準備充足，那就是完美假期了。（這裏可以提供大桶礦泉水，但30元價格比較高）

以前來過兩次都是住在3號樓，這次帶着長者來，訂了條件好一點又有電梯的6號樓，周邊的環境和住宿條件很好，但是還是有瑕疵，因為帶着長者坐着輪椅，即使有電梯，由於中心衹有兩個吃飯的地方，一個是距離較近的全聚德和一個自助餐廳，因為全聚德能夠零點，我門選了全聚德，首先坐電梯下樓到全聚德的2樓，這裏對坐輪椅的長者不太友好，進全聚德還要走一小截樓梯沒有輪椅能下的，需要長者從輪椅上下來扶着欄桿步履蹣跚的自己走下樓，而且店員也沒有幫忙的，還有就是全聚德送的這個打折券真是雞肋，我門22號去的，吃午餐的時候給的，還以為下一頓就能用，結果這個打折券要6月28日才能用，試問一般人誰會在這裏住這麼長時間或者離開幾天為個打折券再回來住幾天？還不如不給，一點誠意沒有，自助餐也覺得不值58元一位，食品比較少，飲品連咖啡都沒有！
