Pros: Early check-in upon arrival Branded amenity kits provided at check-in Option to wear a qipao (traditional Chinese dress) Stunning lobby interior Excellent soundproofing from outside construction noise – complete silence indoors Front desk staff (a young man) speaks fluent English Efficient front desk service – quick problem-solving and luggage shipping assistance Free breakfast for the entire stay in exchange for a review Free laundry service with drying preferences, color separation, and special care for delicate fabrics Cons: Frequent confusion with towel quantities and sizes Poor in-room soundproofing – conversations and footsteps from outside are clearly audible No windows in the room No full-length mirror Breakfast lacks international options, though local dishes are available

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and foreigner friendly. The staff were very kind and accommodating, upgrading us to two rooms free of charge so we could check in early. Beautiful touches in the rooms and lobby areas, with a unique aesthetic. The only drawback were some road closures due to construction happening outside, making the hotel harder to get to and from, but overall a very pleasant stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were there for 4 nights. We were 5 people sharing a family room. Room was fine. Service excellent. Breakfast very good. You just order what you want the day before breakfast. We also had afternoon tea which was splendid. The staff washed our clothes for free. Brilliant service. The interior of the hotel is very picturesque. The hotel is situated some 300 meters from an exciting area with lots of restaurants and lively streets. They also arranged a taxi for our three adult children when they left for the airport in the middle of the night. We really enjoyed our stay.
