Great location in a quite village for exploring the wild sections of the Great Wall such as the Sky ladder and Beijing knot on the first day. Food was fantastic and offered lots of choice for our vegetarian diet. Hot water required a little wait and the room was quite chilly but it was a cold night!

Excellent location for getting up to wild parts of the Great Wall. A nice family run the place and provide everything you need. Basic but decent.

The family room with a view is a plastic steel room built behind the roof. If you are over 175cm tall, don’t choose this room. You will be unable to lift your head when you enter the room. There is a small courtyard surrounding the door of the house. The scenery is good, and you can see the Great Wall surrounding it. The air conditioner is noisy and the soundproofing of the house is not good. During the National Day season, the smelly lady killed at least 20 of them in two days, which shows that they all got in because of the lack of strictness. I suggest improvements.
