樓下就是地鐵5號線，14號線，出行非常方便。房間設備不算新，但是乾淨，有暖氣，可以自己調節温度。衞生乾淨，樓下還有早餐店，和一家門框百年鹵煮。

環境：樓下就是地鐵口，超市，水果店，葯店，各種各樣的飯店，有北京特色的小吊梨湯，網紅啊沒時間排隊，對面的綠茶飯店口味服務都很好力薦，還不用排隊。串串的店老闆年輕帥氣，服務那個客氣啊，贊

樓下就是地鐵5號線和14號線，去北京南站、天壇、故宮、潘家園夜市、雍和宮、牛街等景點都非常方便；步行3分鐘就是超市大賣場、綠茶餐廳、小吊梨湯餐廳（非常推薦）、DQ、coco奶茶、85度C麪包房、蜜雪冰橙等，樓下還要一個大葯房，以防不時之需，這個地段方便到沒話説。
房東何姐人很好，有求必應，對住宿沒有太嚴格要求的非常推薦。

房屋樓下交通挺方便，還有大超市，非常適合居家旅行居住，房屋內整體乾淨整潔，有Wi-Fi ，家用電器一應俱全，廚房有鍋碗瓢盆可以自己做飯！唯一不足的地方就是廚房的窗户關不上！窗户衹能一直開着！房屋所在地段離天壇公園很近，騎車十幾分鍾就能到！樓下有地鐵直達！

本來想住附近賓館的，朋友推薦住這，房間位置相當好，下樓就是地鐵站，超市，小吃，飯店都有，烤鴨，涮肉都吃啦，四大兩小入住房間沒壓力，屋子挺暖和的，就是窗户漏風，可以做飯，走着去天壇18分鐘，不要太方便！

地理位置非常好，一下樓就是地鐵5號和14號線，樓下也有公交站，可以滿足小朋友坐雙層巴士，141號雙層公交可以坐到前門和天壇，非常方便，就是去長城和頤和園那邊比較遠。樓下就是商場，有超市和各種美食店，對面也有一條街，也很多美食。父母對於這個住宿很滿意，光線又好，早餐還能自己煮，兩位長者家吃不慣北京的早餐，這裏的粥與我們廣東的不一樣，腸粉和麪也是。房子雖然不是很新，但房東打掃得很乾凈，一看房東就是個愛乾淨的人，被子摸着也舒服。

還不錯，❤看過點評才訂的，距離地鐵口跟進出地鐵就是根本不用淋雨和曬太陽，到景點業很方便，樓下吃早餐什麼的都有，服務很好溝通很愉快！還有洗衣機哦！我們一家四個人，很適合！
