The toilet was so smelly... Couldn't improve much after telling staff to clean... And we were not able to watch TV as well... There was no connection most of the time. Beds were ok.

Staying there was an absolute pleasure. The place had all the amenities one could ask for and the location was fantastic. The hospitality was top-notch, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay.

Friendly service with staff who went out of their way to help us, good location. However, room was not what we expected, there was a horrible strong damp smell in the room as well as lots of mould on the roof. The bathroom area was not kept clean, we could see lots of dirt and mould on the corners of the shower and door hinges. These things must be kept clean for guests to feel they’re staying in a healthy and clean environment. We felt worried we were breathing in lots of mould. The pictures of the outside of the hotel were rendered images and this gave us a false perception of what the hotel would look like. In reality it is a much older building with no elevator.

We are a family of 5 with 3 children. The kids loved to sleep on their own beds. Customer service was superb and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here again!
