獨立院落，有2張大床和1個榻榻米大床，實際可以三家人帶娃住。
進門正對面屋子有客廳、餐廳和廚房，穿過去還有一個很小的後院。提供燒烤爐，可以自己帶碳和食材在後麪這個開放後院燒烤。
如圖，屋子和院裏都有泡池，（熱水器燒的水）可以泡澡。
有自己餐廳可以點菜送到院裏，做的還可以。
就是衞生條件一般，室內略潮，熱水器在入住期間還壞了幾次但最後修好了。
