Had an issue with the shuttle picking me up late at night...they resolved it and were apologetic. Actually, I think the service here was comparable to Japanese service. I really appreciated the service and professionalism. I didn't experience any other excellent service like this during my stay in Beijing. I would stay here again if I needed to be near the airport. The rooms and premises were also very clean.

An Exceptional Stay! My family stayed at this hotel for just one night, but the experience was truly unforgettable. 1. Outstanding Service The staff here is phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They helped with all our luggage, spoke excellent English, and had the friendliest attitudes. Unlike some hotel staff who seem uninterested in their roles, everyone here was genuinely happy to assist. They always had smiles on their faces, which made us feel comfortable asking for help with anything. 2. Beautiful Rooms The hotel is modern, and the decor is stunning. Our room was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. The only minor inconvenience was logging into the Wi-Fi, which required a Chinese phone number. However, the incredible staff came to the rescue by using their number to help us connect. 3. Thoughtful Amenities The shuttle service was a standout feature. It runs to the airport anytime you need—just let them know your schedule. We left for the airport at 5 AM and couldn’t have breakfast, but the hotel prepared takeaway bags for us with coffee, milk, hot chocolate, and sandwiches. It was such a thoughtful gesture! Even when we needed a drink from the vending machine but didn’t have cash, the staff purchased it for us and refused to take any money in return. Overall, this hotel provided one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From one-star to five-star hotels, this one deserves six stars. If you’re considering booking, I recommend it 110%—you won’t regret it!

Stay one night due to early morning flight. Free shuttle bus to and from Airport every 30 minutes. (don't need reservation) Hotel has no air conditioning during spring and autumn. Cold air will turn on in summer and hot air in winter. Hotel room are hot and stuffy in April. Open window? very noisy outside due to aircraft engine noise whole night. Air-conditioning available in hotel lobby at 23 degrees. perfect for sleeping if have sleeping bag
