Huatai Hotel (Beijing Jinsong Panjiayuan Subway Station)

The hotel is relatively old, but quite clean and tidy. A family of four booked an ordinary suite, but two beds were not enough. We changed to three beds for an extra 100 yuan a night. The room was spacious and suitable for bringing children. The sanitation lady is very enthusiastic and responsive to all requests. The location is also convenient for taking a taxi or taking the subway.

The room is large enough. A deluxe double bedroom can accommodate six people. The sofa is also very large. It can accommodate two people and four beds for four people. It is so worth it. The family trip can be completed in one stop. The service was excellent

The room is okay, but it's a little cold inside. You need to turn on the air conditioner all the time. But when you go out and pull out the room card, the power automatically cuts off. When you come back to the room, it's very cold again. It's not good.

The environment is poor, the service is poor, and it's dilapidated. The worst thing is that I stayed for another day and had to check out at 6:40 pm. They didn't give me a penny back. They charged me the full day's room rate if I couldn't stay. Really I'm speechless. Previously on Ctrip, I was able to get a refund if I canceled after 11 o'clock due to changes in the itinerary. The front desk of this merchant was not unreasonable at all.

That's about the price. The location is good and the room is big Don't expect much from the facilities.

Very poor and shabby. It feels like a shabby state-owned apartment without a hotel. Objectively speaking, the old walls of hotel facilities are peeling off and there are many unknown stains. The bathroom smells bad on cloudy days I wish I could get a refund, but it’s too difficult to get a refund during the National Day holiday. The attitude of the staff is also very bad. The front desk will sneer at the guests, say they don't need to clean, and curl their lips impatiently. They spend money to make the whole process miserable, which is very bad. I have never felt this way when staying in other hotels in Beijing. I don’t know where the service staff’s sense of superiority comes from. The Beijing-accented sneer is very unfavorable. I have never disliked the “carelessness” of the north.

The overall feeling is good. There was an event going on. Are the bedding sheets prone to dampness and mold? There was hair from the previous stay on the sheets.
