Better than several nearby options. The environment is clean, and customer service responds quickly.

The hotel is newly opened last year and is very easy to find. There's a charging parking lot right across the street, making it a highly recommended choice for owners of electric vehicles. The rooms are quite large for Beijing standards, and the receptionist kindly upgraded our room. The soundproofing is decent; we weren't disturbed during our stay. The breakfast was plentiful, the cleanliness was excellent, and overall, the service was good.

The front desk of this hotel is the most dishonest I have encountered in so many years of staying in hotels. The experience is very bad. When I checked in, it was clearly stated that it was a 1.8-meter business king bed, but when I entered the room, I saw that it was a 1.5-meter bed. I asked the front desk, and the front desk insisted that it was a 1.8-meter business king room. Later, I went back to the room and lay down for a while, and clearly told the front desk that it was not a 1.8-meter room. At this time, the front desk was still stubborn and wanted to get me a ruler to measure. As a result, the front desk did not bring a ruler and directly told me that there was a problem with the system and that there was a mistake. The room type I was given was indeed a 1.5-meter room type. They wanted to change it to a 1.8-meter room type. This is not over yet. Because I extended my stay for one night, the front desk called me on the last day and asked me to change rooms. They said that my room had been booked by someone else. When I checked in, I checked with the front desk again and again whether I wanted to change rooms if I wanted to extend my stay. The front desk said no. Change. This hotel is across the street from the All Seasons. If I didn't take a good look before booking, I would not stay at Home Inn Series again in the future.
