Staffs at Lobby has been very helpfull and kind. When staff at front desk has to take an incoming call, some other staff come to guide me on how to ride subway to famous spots in Beijing. Room cleaners come every day, very clean. Their Robot has also been programmed well. The robot can move in & out elevator to accomplish its job to deliver the materials that has been requested by the guest..

A convenient location close to the underground station. The sheets were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. A little bit difficult connecting to the WiFi. Unfortunately, the shower area was not water tight and water kept ingressing to the toilet area. I thought I didn't close the shower door tightly, but only figured out on the last night the shower tray had a tiny crack.

This is the hotel with the worst value for money that I have stayed in on this trip. It has the most expensive price and the worst conditions. It is terribly hot in the room. If there is anything, you have to run from the 5th floor to the 3rd floor. The sound insulation in the room is poor. When the people next door talk, the Xiaodu in my room starts to respond. I can hear the conversation in the next room clearly.
