Location is away from most amenities, which is expected being beyond the 5th ring road in Beijing. However, this is a good location for conferences, having sizeable conference halls and good experience with event hosting and management.
Housekeeping service is patchy and should not be compared with a regular hotel. Cleaning of rooms and changing of sheets is not a given and should be requested from the service counter daily. However the rooms are spacious and generally comfortable. I did have problems with the air conditioning for which a change of room is needed. Might not be a good idea to stay during the hot summer months.
Service is generally good and they are very obliging with requests. However, this should not be compared with the 5 star hotels within the 2nd and 3rd ring roads and they are also not priced like this, which is generally reasonable.

I didn’t take any photos, but I can only say that the room was really shocking! There was a smell of cigarette smoke as soon as I entered the door. The mirror was broken or just stuck with transparent glue. The shower room is full of old stains. The toilet is full of soot. There were cigarette butts beside the bed and a layer of dust on the ground. The facilities are old and resemble a private guest house. No one can afford more than 300 yuan for a room! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Beijing, bar none! If it weren't for the meeting point, I would never book this hotel!
