I searched for a long time before coming here. This hotel is just opposite Beijing Railway Station, with a subway station right outside. The transportation is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic without odor, and the supporting facilities are complete. It also comes with breakfast. I chose a room without window at first, but the hotel upgraded it to a room with window for free. My son liked it very much and decided to stay there for another night. I will stay there again next time I come.

First of all, the location is good, very close to the subway station and the train station, and can be reached on foot. Secondly, the service is good, the front desk attitude is very good, and the robot is quite powerful. However, there is no place to hang towels in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient. Third, the sound insulation is really very poor. At night, whether it is the noise next door or the jumping sound upstairs, there is no dead angle to enter the room, especially the sound upstairs, it feels like the top of the head is vibrating. During the two days of stay, the notes asked to avoid the elevator and stairs, and I was arranged at the end of the corridor. Opposite should be the linen room (there is a trolley for tidying the room at the door every night). One morning at more than five o'clock, and one morning at more than four o'clock, I was knocked on the door and woke up, which is really enough. Finally, I have to mention that Ctrip shows that Platinum Card can upgrade the room for free and delay check-out. When checking in, I was rejected by the front desk, emphasizing that they do not recognize Ctrip platform members and must register their membership to enjoy the corresponding services. I hope that the platform can coordinate with the hotel before listing various room types to avoid unnecessary embarrassment.

At that time, I thought the room type was different, because I booked a business standard room with a window, so the price was different, and I didn't care too much. As a result, I found that the room was small and the window could only be opened a crack. Outside the window was a row of air conditioner units. I wondered whether the window was open or not! When I booked, I thought I must book a room with a window for air circulation, but... Later, I didn't understand it, and went to Ctrip to check the room price of the same room type, and there was indeed a difference. I asked the front desk later and they said there was an extra rest table in my room. I was speechless. There was only a crack in the window and the room area was the same, so should the room price be that much higher just because there was an extra round coffee table?
