RIGHT HOTEL Jinsong Subway Station Panjiayuan Antique City Reviews

I recently stayed at this hotel during its renovation and want to share my experience for anyone with light sleep. I rarely leave reviews on Trip.com, but my stay here was extremely disappointing. I arrived around 1 AM, and at check-in, the front desk informed me that the top floor was being renovated, with work scheduled to start at 9 AM. Despite explicitly stating that I'm a very light sleeper and asking for a quiet room, I was still assigned a room on the 4th floor, directly below the renovation area. At 8 AM, I was woken by the renovation noise from upstairs. By 8:30 AM, unable to get back to sleep, I went up to the 5th floor to check; the noise from behind the renovation doors was constant. I then went to the front desk on the 1st floor, where a notice clearly stated renovations would begin at 9 AM. I asked the front desk why work had started at 8 AM. They claimed they didn't know and, in front of me, called the renovation crew to stop. I then questioned why the hotel hadn't informed me about the renovations when I booked, or displayed the information on the booking platform. The front desk replied that the hotel had sent the renovation details to Trip.com, but the platform couldn't show them on the booking page. They said the hotel would usually inform guests over the phone when confirming reservations. I pointed out that no one from the hotel had contacted me during the booking or before my arrival. The front desk checked my booking time (11 PM) and arrival time (1 AM) and said the hotel was fully booked that day, so a quieter room might not have been available anyway. Perhaps it was my fault for booking and arriving so late. However, when I booked, all room types were available for sale. The earplugs provided by the hotel were also very uncomfortable; they really should switch to a major brand like 3M – a pair costs next to nothing. The front desk offered complimentary breakfast and a room on the 1st floor for rest, but I felt it was pointless; after all that hassle by 9 AM, I couldn't salvage any more sleep. To my astonishment, when I returned to my room before 8:50 AM, the upstairs renovation was still ongoing. I wonder if the hotel has any supervisory responsibility over the renovation crew and what their working relationship is. The construction continued even after the hotel told them to stop. I'm writing this review amidst the renovation noise, only able to helplessly express my anger and dissatisfaction. This night's sleep is beyond saving.

Hotel is located in the inner parts of Jinsong road aka less busy street, away from the main street, but there is eateries nearby including a Domino's across the hotel, and a KFC further down the road. A few minimarts and small supermarket is nearby too. It's about 15 minutes to the nearest metro station but e-hailing drivers do not seem to have a problem locating the hotel so not to worry. The hotel comes with a free laundry area (bring your own detergent though) and room is comfy and spacious. Service was good, can just hit the team via Wechat and they are quick to respond. Did not take the breakfast so couldn't comment on the food.

Absolutely brilliant stay. The team were genuinely welcoming and the hotel itself was modern and spotless. There are tables by the entrance, which worked perfectly for remote working. The room was comfortable and quiet, and we were greeted with snacks on arrival that were thoughtfully topped up during our stay, complete with a personalised note. The location was also very convenient. Highly recommended!

First of all place is clean, quiet, close to metro and supermarkets, receptionists are very professional, glad that we chose this place, I was a bit worried about the distance, but here in Beijing EVERYTHING is so convenient, distance actually wasn't a problem at all.

The room was spotless, and the service was excellent. I loved the beautiful design, and the small courtyard had a fantastic atmosphere, exceeding all my expectations. I'll definitely be back!

Hotel is located away from the usual buzz of Beijing. May take awhile to travel to the typical attractions if you are here as a tourist, including a 15 mins walk to the nearest metro. Just a couple of eateries and convenience store right outside. It has a nice front courtyard and lobby space to linger in. And 4x washing/dryer for free laundry service. Room floor is also heated so that’s great for the cold season.

All is fine except noises from the next rooms. There is no noise cancellation in walls at all.

The ground floor entrance features a coffee shop and a lounge area, with a great overall design that's both minimalist and modern. There are many foreign guests, and the service is friendly. The rooms are clean and exquisite, fully automated. I highly recommend the breakfast! There's a wide variety to choose from, and the price is excellent! It's within the 3rd Ring Road, with convenient access to buses and subways, and the surrounding area is very lively with everything you could need! Highly recommended!!

Love this hotel! Will comeback again. Staff is super helpful. We ordered parcels and they helped us with it.

Whenever I come to Beijing, I always stay at the Jingxi Hotel. I love its independent little garden, which is very relaxing, and it's also super convenient for getting around. This time, I was traveling with my parents, and because of renovations on our floor, the front desk lady even upgraded our room for us, which we really appreciated. If you're coming to Beijing, choosing the Jingxi is definitely the right call. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Choosing Jingxi Hotel for my trip to Beijing was a delightful surprise! The hotel is conveniently located right next to Jinsong Station on Metro Line 10, just a 2-minute walk away. It's incredibly easy to get to key areas like Guomao and the Temple of Heaven. Plus, it's only an 8-minute walk to Panjiayuan Antique Market, and after browsing there, you can stroll over to the Shuangjing food scene for a delicious meal. Stepping into the hotel feels like entering an art space. The industrial-style lobby features metal installations and celadon摆件 that create a unique aesthetic. In the courtyard, there's a scenic fish pond with swimming koi, and the rooftop offers a 'revealing the tiles' perspective – every photo taken here turns out like a masterpiece. The most pleasant surprise was when the front desk proactively offered a complimentary room upgrade. The room was fully equipped with a projector, sound system, and smart home appliances. The room's attention to detail was impeccable. High-end amenities ensured maximum comfort, and after daily cleaning, not only was the bed made perfectly, but I was also greeted with a handwritten note and fresh fruit. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel provides a free laundry room and a 24-hour gym, offering excellent value for money. Every aspect of the service showed genuine care. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing!

Very good stat at the Right hotel! Room and the social areas were all very clean and new. Staff was great and kind, helped us with every need. Location is very good. In a nice normal neighborhood, supermarkets and food options right across the street. 10 min walk to subway and 25 to the Longtan Park. Not super close to the tourist attractions - but i think this is a positive thing in Beijing. Also recommend this hotel for digital nomads, since there is a very nice work cafe in the first floor.
