酒店位置很好，離地鐵站很近，房間設施很齊全，早餐很好吃，房間打掃的很乾凈，酒店前台服務很熱情。 我的東西丟在酒店了，前台特別熱心的幫忙寄回來了，感謝酒店的工作人員。

酒店的休閑廳非常的大而且很乾凈，有華掌櫃可以自助辦理入住，都很智能化，前台的服務也很細心，每次都會提醒客人就餐地點和開餐時間，餐廳用的食材都很新鮮，而且口味和品種也不錯，總之都很滿意，值得推薦。

很滿意，住的很舒服，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務很好，都很温柔有禮貌，酒店裡有機器人，外賣可以送到房間，一樓還有洗衣機和烘乾機，酒店離西站和地鐵站都很近，出行交通非常便利，總之就是非常好，很滿意，很推薦👍
