Fantastic stay! I had a lot of luggage as I was moving back to my home country for good after over 6 years in China. The hotel helped me with all my suitcases - they kept them overnight at the front desk, then the morning of my flight helped take me and all my luggage on a hotel golf cart to the entrance of the terminal. Once there they also helped me with loading them onto a trolley. They went above and beyond to help and made what could have been a very stressful morning for me stress free! Facilities were fantastic and only a short 5-8min walk to the terminal. Will stay again.

Pullman Hotel is great, clean, staff can speak English well and very helpful. But I have bad experience with wifi in this hotel and I would like to remind all travellers from overseas that using wifi especially in 5 star hotels are dangerous that someone will try to hack you..better u have your own roaming private wifi from your own country. When I tried to connect wifi of Pullman I could get connected but it said no internet connection both to my iphone and android phone .. while there is nothing wrong at all with my phones. 2 hotel staffs were sent to my room but none of them can solve problem. My friend called me by whatsapp and my phone that is connected to hotel wifi without internet could rang (althought it said no internet) ..it proved a strange thing with hotel wifi.. Suddenly I got warning from google that some had my password tried to enter my account in Google .. but Google rejected it and I was requested to change password as soon as possible .. there are many IT criminals in China so all overseas travellers coming to China must be warned not to use hotel wifi

First of all, the location is very good. We drove our own car to the south of Gaomidian and the parking is free. You can park on the ground and underground. This is relatively good among Beijing hotels, and the environment is relatively quiet and private. Extremely strong. 🏡Room facilities: It is standard for high-end hotels. The door and the overall design of the room are basically black. It looks very grand and classy. However, there are a lot of drawers. It took me a long time to find an ice bucket, hahaha. 🫧Toiletries: The British brand Crabtree & Evelyn are very comfortable to use. 🏊Swimming pool: Gym: These two are together, so I said it together. The swimming pool is warm and there is a sauna next to it. I didn’t go into the locker room. I changed in the room. The gym is not big but has everything. There's no one around anymore and the venue is reserved. ⛲️Room view: My friend and I had rooms in Tower 2 respectively. Because the layout of the hotel is divided into three buildings like 🏰, the front desk guy Alan helped upgrade a room on the 3rd floor of Tower 2, which can see the fountain of the hotel 🏨garden⛲️It is still very nice Nice 👍 room area. Compared to the Hilton I have stayed in, this hotel has the largest room area. 💁♂️Service: The floor attendants are all very well trained, polite, fast in service, and responsive to requests, especially Dan, the floor manager, and the floor supervisor, who helped me check in was Alan, the front desk guy, who was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and meticulous, and Eva at the front desk. , cora, lucky, elsa, jason, lucy service is very good. 🍴Restaurant: The breakfast is good and rich in variety. We were received by Carina and Yilia who asked about drinks from the table and asked about removing plates in the middle. This service is worthy of a Hilton👍

Facilities: Good, Hygiene: good, Good environment, Service: OK, in the early morning when I was sleepy, I started traveling. My thoughts are blurry and confused. I forget why I left and why I am so tired. I only remember that I want to leave and start to leave. Close to another city. The gorgeous, fashionable and luxurious city hustle and bustle gradually disappeared and was replaced by dilapidated houses in the countryside. The noisy hustle and bustle was no longer, and the peaceful air flow caressed the body and cheeks, and the peace was not broken at all.

I went for a small mini-break to escape the hustle of Beijing. I have been here before with friends. With friends and some wine this place is great. On your own it is great too... but only if you love the Hot Springs. I do. The hotel would be pointless if you don't like Hot Springs / Swimming. My only disappointment was that, because it was mid-week, the breakfast range was tiny compared to when I came with friends on the weekend. Both the hotel and Hot Spring were much cheaper... so that was good... but I felt that they over-simplified the breakfast buffet. Somethings they had before (like jams and preserves) are sealed and have long sell-by dates... so why not put them out? Likewise, why offer only one juice... can't you offer a range but put them in smaller containers if you are worried about waste? The Hot Springs are the clear highlight. I highly recommend going after dark. Tickets seem valid for 24 hours, so I went for a few hours daytime, then back to the room, then again after dark. At night it was so peaceful.

Highly recommended! I have been paying attention to this hotel for a long time, but I have always felt that it is not cheap. I caught up with the group purchase at the wrong time before the short vacation, and I brought the elderly and children to experience it. I bought a package, which includes two breakfasts and unlimited fun in three parks. Navigation is very convenient. The hotel has above-ground and underground parking spaces, which are sufficient. However, there are no charging stations. You can go to the square next door to charge, which is also very convenient. The lobby is super grand, and you can fully feel the service from the moment you are welcomed! All suitcases will go through security checks, which is very reassuring. Due to the wrong peak time, I checked in at 12 o'clock, which was great! The hotel adopts a facial recognition method when opening the elevator and opening the door. It is very convenient without having to bring a room card. I have never encountered this in other hotels. This is great! The butler-style service will lead you into the room, introduce supplies, facilities and the location of the playground, and add WeChat to be online 24 hours a day. Oh, it was actually added a day in advance. The location, hotel layout and business hours were sent, which was very considerate! Then again, the room is very clean. Bedding, electrical appliances, bathroom and small appliances are all from big brands. Kohler smart toilet, Xiaodi smart home, Nestlé capsule coffee machine, Dyson hair dryer, toiletries are Figgram, and the slippers are also fluffy. Yes, they are not those thin disposable slippers. We will ask in advance if there are any children, so that there are children's slippers and toiletry gift packs in the room. It is also considerate ~ the mini bar is free for the first time, but it is not a fool at all! The drinking water is FUJI, there are many bottles and unlimited refills! There were welcome fruits, and yogurt and chocolate were delivered to the guest room in the evening, which was a bit flattering. You can order takeout, go downstairs to pick it up, or wait for the robot to deliver it to the room. Next to it is Han's Plaza, so you can get whatever you want to eat and drink, too convenient! That afternoon we went to the water park and it was actually reserved! The water temperature is right, it’s fun, and there’s nothing wrong with walking your kids! I encountered a small situation by chance. After communicating with the housekeeper, I received a quick response and received timely feedback on my small comments and suggestions. The service was simply excellent! Let’s talk about breakfast. Children between 1.2 and 1.5 years old pay half price, and children under 1.2 years old are free. I didn’t think it was cheap at first, but after walking around, I really thought it was great! The dining area is not big, but it has a wide variety and excellent quality! We are hotel lovers. We have had too many breakfasts in hotels and we really think this one is great! It has everything you need. The bread is mini, which reduces waste. It crisps very well. It looks like it is freshly made instead of half-baked! There are many choices for steaming and cooking, there are also several types of cheese, and the variety of teas is the largest I have ever seen! There are not only the old three kinds of fruits, but also many fresh fruits! Whole kiwi fruit and dragon fruit are also rare! And there is seafood so early in the morning, which is so luxurious! The pancakes are filled with salmon and also have Japanese ingredients. Children like macarons, marshmallows, egg tarts, and various soft candies. The elderly like plum cakes, pineapple cakes, and roasted sweet potatoes. They are also very friendly to the elderly~ The service is super good. The service staff will ask and help to get coffee and soy milk. Unlike many hotels where you have to queue up to get coffee... the plate collection is very timely. I have to say that the homemade yogurt in this hotel is really good. You can also mix it with jam or crushed fruit, it’s delicious~ Before checking out, we took our children to Zhiku City. It’s not big, but there are many areas. Older children can also play for a while. There are also two VR games, which are more popular. We did not go to the other two amu*****t parks and plan to stay. Give it to next time In short, come when there is a group purchase. It is not cheap at ordinary times, but it is really good. It is definitely worth it to support the elderly and the young!
