Atour Properties in Beijing

Came here for a layover and it was much better than expected! The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. They really paid attention to the details, which was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was also fantastic with a huge variety of options. I'd definitely come back again!

Tucked away in a lively area, this hotel offers great convenience for getting around. Shopping, dining, and attractions are all within walking distance. This is my third time staying here, and as someone sensitive to noise, I really appreciate how quiet it is and the excellent soundproofing. It's also very kid-friendly. The front desk staff, especially the young man, provided superb service!

My stay at Atour Hotel Qianmen was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was spotlessly clean and odor-free, and the bed was just the right firmness for a really comfortable sleep. The staff were all incredibly kind and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. Overall, it was quiet, comfortable, and an incredible value for money. I've already recommended it to my friends!

Got a room at 9am - which was surprising for us considering hotel usually only allow for check-in after 2pm. The room itself was okay, service was reasonable as well. Room size is great. However, I am not sure if I would consider this the “best” location. It’s easy to book a Didi around, but it took us at least 30 minutes to reach our destination - no thanks to the traffic. There wasn’t anything around either. Anyway, there is a parcel pick-up shelf outside the main lobby - so you can deliver your parcel here. A plus point for me. Also, please do not add breakfast - totally wasn’t worth it with the type of food they offer.

They offer airport shuttle service from 6 AM to 10 PM, and it's super close to the airport, only about a ten-minute drive. The service was excellent, and the environment felt really comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was excellent and brand new. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient, with a subway station nearby and not far from the high-speed train station. This is a real gem of a business hotel! The value for money is exceptional. The rooms are spotless, and the housekeeping does an amazing job every day. They offer free parking, and the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to Dongdaqiao subway station, and you can easily grab a shared bike nearby. Shopping and dining options are plentiful around the area. Plus, they even provide complimentary 'goodnight porridge' every evening. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again!

We chose Atour Hotel for this family trip, and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel is about a 40-minute taxi ride from the zoo, a very convenient location, and the kids especially loved it. The hotel also has many books, making for a pleasant and relaxing time. The laundry service was a huge plus; we left our clothes in the laundry room at night, and they were delivered clean and fresh to our room the next morning – so convenient and thoughtful. We are very grateful for the staff's attentive service and will definitely choose Atour again for our next trip!

First, let's talk about the service. The staff were all warm, polite, and responsive, always willing to meet my requests. However, the lady at the front desk who handled my check-in seemed unfamiliar with the process. I only asked for a room with a sofa, and it took her over ten minutes to sort it out. She even needed a male colleague next to her to remind her how to do it. On top of that, I had to pay twice to upgrade my room twice, which was not a good experience. Also, I waited until late at night for the laundry machines to be free. I waited from 2 AM until past 4 AM, only to find that the two dryers, which had been running for 120 minutes, contained only one pair of pants and one shirt, and they were still folded! If this was staff operating them, it's a huge waste of resources! I ended up not sleeping all night just waiting for those two machines! The room facilities are a bit old, as you can see from the pictures. I forgot to take a photo of the black tape on the shower handle. It wouldn't cost much to re-caulk the moldy areas and replace the hose! Everything else was alright, but I hope these issues can be improved!

We loved staying at Atour! It has exceeded all our expectations. We had good sleep as the bed and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure from the shower, smart toilet and lighted mirror at the vanity area - all sooo good! Our room was cleaned every day, towels were replaced regularly, and water was replenished generously. Our favorite, though, was the hearty breakfast provided which kept us full and ready before a long day of exploring. It was always kept clean, with so many options! The staff were attentive from our arrival to our departure. We will stay here again shall we come back to Beijing :) Thanks everyone for your warm hospitality!
