The security of the apartment in Senhaihaoting community is quite good. The door to the elevator opens and closes. You need to swipe your card to enter and exit the community. There is a swimming pool. Downstairs there is a JD convenience store where you can rent a tram. ! Rent 🛵Necessary for travel. Beihai is not big. There is a tram. It’s ok. We booked one bedroom and one living room for two nights. The average per capita is only 100+. Very cost-effective. It didn’t bother us to sleep. I don’t want to go out during the day to support the takeaway. The brother has his own way to come in. The environment is clean and quiet. Students and families can choose this type of entire apartment hotel for a cost-effective and comfortable stay.

酒店位置不錯，環境很好，適合出遊北海到銀灘遊玩的人羣，衞生好，傢俱實木，視野開闊，價格實惠，陽台有洗衣機，洗衣晾曬衣物方便，值得推薦。唯一不好的是北海的公交太難等了，自駕還是很便捷的。

店家主動升級的房間，設施齊全，就是沒有浴巾，燃氣爐大冰箱大彩電一應俱全，硬件OK，陽台大有曬衣的地方還有洗衣機，夜景無敵，離海邊稍遠，小區綠化無敵，北海空氣好，要看海景就去潿洲島吧，銀灘基本就是老年活動中心，樓下吃東西建議寧波路萬達附近物價合理，海邊都貴，總結一下就是適合養老，年輕人還是去隔壁東南亞吧

一次性用品質量不好，牙刷硬的都刷流血了，建議自備，浴巾和毛巾還要額外收費。

多年來入住過各類型酒店上百家，很少評價過一家店，這次是我入住最糟糕的一家。首先我訂的是一套兩居室一廳的海景房，房間攜程平台經過店家確認後付款預訂成功，第二天店家打電話告訴我二室一廳房間被前面一個客人訂了，重新給我換兩個一室一廳的房間，我們按店家發的定位到達酒店，一個穿抱鞋的服務員帶我看房間，－個411房一個1806房，服務員説今天滿房411房是他們花錢幫我在外租的房間，接受就住，不接受就免費退，411房明顯品質與1806品質相差太多，我訂的是斯維登品牌房間，看重的也是連鎖店的品質，不在同層樓我接受，但不同品質我是萬萬不能接受的，後經攜程客服多方調解，最終安排了一間兩室一廳的房間，房間與我訂的海景房也縮了水，看不到任何海景，不管怎樣總算讓疲憊的家人安頓了下來。
