The hotel is pretty good. The road is currently under construction on Lianzhouwan Avenue in Beihai, and the construction site can be heard at one or two in the evening. There are parking tickets and free parking. Daily booking is very cost-effective, and the room rate will soar a lot during holidays

1.位置：離金灘很近，應該就是一間民宿，大堂就是小區門口一間房，客房是小區裏面幾層樓，和沙灘就隔着一條馬路，海景還不錯。
2.交通，打車的話，衹能説位置很好找，公共交通也沒啥。
3.服務，基本就是普通民宿，和酒店還是差一點，而且前台和客房隔的比較遠。好一點就是本來定了兩天，想退一天答應的也很痛快。
4.設施，電梯第一天壞的，那麼大的一棟樓，幾十層就兩部電梯，等的人急死了。裏面的設施實話説比較老舊，窗户都有點年頭了，沒有任何隔音效果，下面還不密封。裏面的設施也很老舊，熱水有斷續現象，晚上超級吵，對帶小孩的很不友好。

酒店位置很好，到海灘過個紅綠燈，棧橋也很近，散步就到，酒店服務很好，工作人員給了我們辦了2張出入卡很方便，房間內設施齊全，乾淨衞生，空調很給力，尤其洗澡水特大，很滿意的一次體驗，毫不猶豫又續住一天。

親子房是一個一室一廳的房子，還有一張床在客廳，共用一個空調裝在客廳，主卧沒有空調，夏天的北海沒空調的房間很熱，有空調房間開大了又冷，兩邊都不舒服，三百多塊錢的房間沒必要省空調錢吧。主卧沒有電視，整個客廳沒有一個插座，手機沒辦法充電，衞生間一洗澡就漲水，漫到客廳。在北海一個禮拜住的最差的一晚。
