服務態度極差，前台接待及老闆將客人晾在一邊。
衞生極差，在告知前台房間衞生情況及明確表示需要更換新的床品，酒店也並未更換。
並且酒店和景區是一個老闆，景區門票90元、遊客中心到景區大門擺渡車60元（步行距離7.8公里，就算酒店住宿的客人也要在遊客中心停車，可以算是強制消費），進入景區也有一個60元的觀光車。
總之體驗非常差！！！

山頂上 這個季節鳥語花香！早上起來呼吸第一口新鮮空氣 外面的花正在盛開 推開窗就能看到 ！唯一讓我不滿的是 入住當天晚上電梯故障 被困電梯20多分鐘 把我們一行人嚇慘了 😭

客房服務相當不舒服，多要一瓶礦泉水都不給，設施很老舊了，廁所要堵不堵的，床頭小桌子下面很多灰，哎、除了是辛夷花季節，估計平時值八十那種農家樂水平了
