Hotel Sa Punta - Adults Only fr13

We urgently needed to find a Hotel six days before we travelled as our friends we were due to stay with were ill. We needed to find an adult only hotel with a large swimming pool near our friends' home. So what a wonderful find was Sa Punta! It ticked all our boxes. They made us so comfortable, we had a beautiful big room with a lovely balcony with the sea in the distance, huge pool charming garden and the staff were all very attentive. We appeared to be the only British people staying there but that did not matter in the least.

We stayed for six nights and will return. The grounds, garden and hotel are incredibly relaxing. The pool is for swimmers: great! Heaps of loungers and seating. Has a lovely outside bar. Restaurant was pretty good…I believe in the past it was first class. Room was lovely: we had a junior suite. Above all the staff were simply lovely: Ariadne, Noelia, Flávio and Marios (apologies if we have got your names wrong!) were just first class: friendly, smiling, helpful and humorous! If I was being super critical it could do with a library, where books could be donated, borrowed… and more art perhaps? It was a little clean, white and minimalistic!! Fabulous stay. We will be back! Thank you.

Very welcoming friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel special. I came on my own and Ariadna at reception and Sandra the manager did their utmost for me to have an enjoyable stay. The hotel is situated in a lovely garden with a nice pool. Breakfast is generous and fresh. Rooms are simple clean and comfortable and the electric blind to close out the light at night was much appreciated. This hotel is great for cycling groups and people who want to explore the region from a convenient location.

Ariana Gavin , the head receptionist was extremely helpful and made us so welcome and definitely enhanced our experience at the hotel .

Very lovely hotel, great pool .beach is down a steep hill .breakfast very good but scrambled eggs every day as payment for fried or boiled was asked for. Should have at least one english channel on tv at a 4 star only spanish. Restaurant open some days so more food should be available st bar

Perfect gateway for the Costa Brava Loved it. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Food great, the room was fab, the gardens and the pool are magnetic. Perfect location

We had returned to Pals for a trip down memory lane, however, previously we had never stayed at Sa Punta. We were extremely impressed. Nothing was too much trouble for the super friendly and helpful staff. We couldn’t fault anything. We particularly loved the black out blinds, the power shower and the shaded area along side the pool. The pool itself is beautifully clean and jacuzzi bubbles were used a few times! The hotel had the perfect setting and location, the food was excellent and hopefully this won’t be our first and last trip.

Loved our stay! The location made for a lovely walk into town! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Free parking and an AMAZING breakfast and large rooms made this hotel a winner!

Great hotel, felt like a relaxing hospice (the music in the hotel). Very old but that’s the charm. The design of the hotel is really beautiful! They took the old hotel and added luxurious furniture that really complements it, with romantic lighting. I will attach pictures later. The room was large, the parking was very convenient, the fact that there is an electric shutter is really a plus, and the fact that there are two sinks is also nice. The place is clean, but there is an ant problem there. Once we closed the shutter, ants did not enter the room, but there were plenty of ants on the balcony. What really bothered me was that the bed was very hard, the pillows were made of foam and not feathers, and there was no thick blanket, just sheets that served as a blanket. The pool is really nice, but it’s cold and not heated, and there isn’t even a hot Jacuzzi, which is a bit disappointing. There is no gym, which is also disappointing. The breakfast is adequate but very meager; there are no pancakes, a variety of vegetables, or soft cheeses. In my opinion, the price is a bit high for what you get, but the hotel was nice and sufficient for our taste.
